I cannot recommend Sporting Lodge high enough given my circumstances!
I was after a couple of Fjallraven Jackets but unable to source the colours/variants I wanted in Australia (I live in Melbourne, Australia). I had tried Fjallraven AU, the Distributor in AU and multiple online sites with no success. I contacted Fjallraven directly and they gave me Sporting Lodge as a potential contact.
I emailed them and they responded with a day.
From that point on, I had the most fantastic support from their customer service contact Amy. The whole process of ordering the jackets in from Fjallraven to sending via DHL to me in Australia, Amy kept me in the loop with multiple emails explaining the situation.
She was excellent and can only offer my sincerest thanks. This is the first review I have ever written - I was so grateful to be able to receive these jackets after trying multiple sources. Many thanks Amy!!

First time buying from this store. I ordered a jacket for my husband as a present unfortunately it was too big so I ordered a smaller size and sent the other one back (my choice to do it that way instead of exchanging it) both times I received it within a couple of days and got my refund pretty quickly too. Good quality item. I will be using this store more often.

Purchased an item from The Sporting Lodge but returned it as it didn't fit. The returns process went very smoothly and in particular the communication from The Sporting Lodge was prompt and excellent, which was very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, had an issue with the delivery/courier and I was missing an item when it reached me. Great service from the guys at Hikerdelic and I had the replacement within a couple of days without any hassle, quality of the items are brilliant.

The quality of jackets and shirts are very good. The package delivered on time.

Found the item I was looking for at a good sale price better than anywhere else. The delivery was timely. All went smoothly & I'd recommend The Sporting Lodge thanks.

Avoid! Not happy at all. Received an item with a mark on. Was told the outcome is only to send it back and if it's a manufacturing fault then it will be replaced/refunded, if not then the item will be sent back to me!

It clearly looks like a mark created in handling or packaging. Outcome was to keep item and given a measley £5 partial refund for dry cleaning which doesn't get you a dry clean anywhere! Not happy at all.

Came across the site following google search for a specific t shirt and had shopped in store at sister store previously. Competitive price; very Fast delivery, great service. Very happy.

Hello - Not too bad of a hotel for the price - But I have too complain about the breakfast area - Customers can make there own toast with the two toasters they have available both 4 slice toasters - although these toasters look around 10 years old and are in rely bad condition- please get them changed and stop been tight !!
