Ordered some trainers from here. Sent via Evri. They’ve not moved in almost a week. The Sports Edit replied to my first email staying because I sent it to a parcel shop it takes 2 weeks which is absolutely not true. They now haven’t replied to any email since and my parcel still hasn’t moved. Really poor customer service.

I got in touch with Jasmin via email as per your suggestion. Took pictures and complied with your request, followed up with another 2 emails and still no response. So much for your customer service, if ever they exist. This is so frustrating, customers beware. Prepare to be ignored if you decide to return shoes because they hurt your feet. I think they deliberately try to ignore me and drag this until my return period is no longer valid. Better order direct to the brand sites instead of using them. They try to make things complicated just to discourage you from getting your money back.

Sports Edit (sofia) customer services were amazing…
Ordered trainers delivered by courier who left them in the blue recycle bin (do not get me started). I was out of the uk when they were delivered and the following day the blue bins were emptied (you can’t make it up)…. So contacted sports edit and they sent a replacement within a couple of days.
Fabulous service would recommend for sure.

Issue on the website meant I couldn’t order, contacted support to make them aware and it was fixed almost immediately so I got my order placed. Great customer service.

Ordered from this company, which seemed a little dodgy at the time. Following my order had an email from them saying my order was fraudulent and if I did not respond they would cancel my order. I responded and explained that I was abroad and wanted them sent to my partner's address like shown on my order page. Had no response back today had a cancellation email. I now have to wait for my £300 to be returned. Save your money and shop elsewhere people, certainly not owned by marks and Spencers with this level of service.

I bought some lovely Puma sneakers from The Sport Edit, and they came super quick as described. The right trainer developed a fault in the suede and I thought it would be a nightmare to get it sorted- I emailed and within 24h I’d had such a positive, helpful response and received a refund. I was so happy and amazed to be honest- I would 10% buy from them again and would massively recommend them. The customer service agent (Sofia) was so helpful, reactive and supportive- and I also really appreciated her being an actual human who corresponded and helped. Thanks!

It has unfortunately been a frustrating experience with The Sports Edit.
Instead of the Beyond Yoga sweatshirt I ordered, I received a New Look top with a Beyond Yoga tag attached to it - clearly a fraudulent return, but I am shocked that this was not picked up by their warehouse team. I raised this with customer service who said they would check whether their warehouse had the original item and would send it along. I had to follow-up after a few days and they then confirmed the item is no longer in stock. I was promptly refunded.
For the same order, I then sent back 2 items for a refund, but the refund was only processed for 1 item. Again frustrating and I have since raised with customer service.
Clearly issues with warehousing /inventory. Customer service were helpful enough.

Bought trainers in their sale and when I received them they were marked. I emailed explaining the problem and received prompt helpful responses. The issue was resolved within 24hours. Will be recommending SportsEdit to friends and family.

Sadly I had an issue with my order and emailed customer service on a Sunday evening. I had a reply by Monday at midday and the item in question had already been refunded! The customer service here is brilliant, I’ve gone back and fourth with other shops before but this was so smooth and quick. Thanks :) Will definitely shop here again. (The issue in question was no fault of sports edit!)

accidentally ordered the wrong size, but I was really impressed with how quickly the issue was sorted. I sent an email and got a very fast response, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.

Would NEVER purchase from this company again.
My order was returned by the courier because the sender requested it, yet I was never informed by Sports Edit. I only found out by checking the tracking myself.
I reached out multiple times for an explanation and received no clear response. Then, over a week later, they simply cancelled my order with no proper communication or resolution.
Really poor customer service and a complete lack of transparency — incredibly frustrating experience.
