Would NEVER purchase from this company again.

My order was returned by the courier because the sender requested it, yet I was never informed by Sports Edit. I only found out by checking the tracking myself.

I reached out multiple times for an explanation and received no clear response. Then, over a week later, they simply cancelled my order with no proper communication or resolution.

Really poor customer service and a complete lack of transparency — incredibly frustrating experience.

Waqar was very helpful changed delivery address once I realised I’d sent to an old one, all arrived on time.

I had such an outstanding experience with Sofia from customer support! She went above and beyond to resolve my issue with faulty Varley Spencer socks, handling everything with genuine care, professionalism, and efficiency.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed

I’m honestly shocked. My delivery photo just shows a doorstep — nothing to prove it was actually delivered to me — and I never received my order. I contacted The Sports Edit several times, but they refused to assist and have completely ignored my emails.

I expected much better customer service from a retailer of this size. I’m now having to take this up with my bank because I’ve been left with no goods and no help.

Really disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.

Update in reply - A photograph of a parcel left on a doorstep is not something I would class as a “secure delivery.” I am both shocked and disgusted that anyone would consider leaving £250 worth of goods unattended on a doorstep and classing this as “secure delivery”

Furthermore whilst my 1st email was responded to by an extremely unhelpful agent, my further 3 emails sent since have all been ignored , which I can see on other reviews here seems is a recurring issue with the so called “customer service” at the sports edit!

My bank are now pursuing a chargeback against this

Order placed on line. Delivery was quick but when the parcel arrived the bag was partially torn open and 3 items were missing. I emailed sports edit. and the next day Sophie got back to me apologised for the issue and confirmed that she has re sent the missing items. Thank you Sophie for sorting out this issue so quickly and professionally.

I can only speak personally that when I complained about walking shoes that weren’t waterproof as advertised, I contacted SE who swiftly sent me the return and refund details.
I would buy from SE again.

Dropped them an email as I couldn’t see my refund on my statement. The response was quick and positive from Sofia. Thank you!

PS there was nothing wrong with the product it was list by the delivery company and then sadly out of stock.

Not only does this site have lots of brands to choose from but delivery was exceptionally fast (24 hours from order to delivery). Speedy returns and refund process and speedy customer service. When one of my items arrived faulty, they quickly resolved via email. Already a fan of the brand but even more so now

I ordered a pair of Veja trainers that were delivered to me on 29 December 2025. Unfortunately the pair that was delivered to me had a blemish/fault. Luckily the customer service was excellent and I received a refund from The Sports Edit on 2 January 2026. Thank you for being so prompt and understanding even though this occurred during the busy festive season.

I won’t be using this site again due to a disappointing customer service experience.

I purchased training shoes for gym and weights use and reasonably expected them to withstand a short 10–15 minute treadmill warm-up. I was surprised to be told this was not considered appropriate use, particularly given the price point of over £100.

When I raised this query, I found the response I received to be dismissive rather than helpful. I had hoped for a more constructive and customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.

As this appears to be the final point of contact, I won’t be taking the matter further and will instead choose to shop elsewhere in future.

Useless company, I haven’t received my delivery and they won’t return my emails….BEWARE!
They don’t have any contact info apart from emails, which they don’t reply too.

I love your website ,the sports edit ,I have been ordering a lot over the last year,it’s quick delivery,plenty of brands to choose from ,always a sale on clothing and shoes,no complaints 😊

Ordered a sizable order, received a strange email request from them, replied and then no order sent after 6 days, no refund and no one answers emails, even tried Facebook and instagram messages that are just ignored. Just want the order or a refund so I can shop with a company that wants to supply goods. And they replied nearly 3 weeks later what terms and conditions? Joke company avoid

I had a fantastic experience with the Sports Edit!
I placed an order at 9.30pm on Saturday 14th March and my order was delivered by Evri at 12pm on Monday 16th March.
Absolutely perfect

I needed to retrieve my credit note that I couldn't find on email and customer service did it with no explaining very quickly

Fantastic service

Always very easy to order and delivery is always straightforward and reliable. Happily recommend to others.
