My order shipped fast and had tracking. Sadly, the courier lost the parcel. Customer service was great and kept me updated. They replied quickly to all my questions. They offered me a replacement or a full refund. I chose the refund, and they processed it very fast. I highly recommend them!

Awesome chain if you just want the style
Awesome chain if you just want the style and don’t care about the precious metal.

Originally bought a sterling silver chain from a different website but it was too thin (they had weird size options), expensive and apparently easily tarnishes so you have to take it on and off all the time (but the chain did look great). So far this chain has been very durable, I’ve worn it constantly for 3 weeks and have only taken it off once for the hot tub but have sweat hard with it, swam in the ocean, chlorinated pool, shower with soap, (and accidentally did do one hot tub sesh with it , but wouldn’t intentionally) still looks good.
Even tho this is the “silver” color style, it definitely does not imitate genuine sterling silver as real sterling is so bright that it’s almost white, but this chain still looks great and was $30 compared to a little over $200 for the “same” necklace that would be much more fragile, plus silver really doesn’t hold much resell value.
I’d much rather buy several items from steel shop than buy one expensive silver chain.
Currently, I’m very satisfied with the chain. My only complaint is a hypothetical one, that would be how fast it tarnishes and gets beat up or breaks in time but obviously I don’t know that. Hopefully that won’t happen as it’s literally made of steel.

Steel Shop chains are very comfortable and durable
I ordered 2 chains from another company, and came to The Steel Shop to replace them. The chains from this other company had a smooth serpentine surface except for about 6 inches of open-weave chain at the clasp which itched like crazy at the back of my neck. I couldn't wear them at all, and looked for and found two snake chains at The Steel Shop (2.5MM, 24 inches) to replace them. I ordered one in silver and one in gold to match the medallions I had, and the two chains have been wonderful. I can wear them all day with comfort and can take them off without undoing the clasp because they are 24 inches long. . . the quality is excellent, and I appreciate very much their comfort and durability. I also ordered heart bracelets as gifts because they were on sale, and they are so beautiful!
