25th Anniversary gift
The chain is beautiful, it's a 25th anniversary gift. So I don't know if he likes it yet but I do and so do the kids. For reference he's 6'5" and 250-300lbs so I got the 10mm. Delivery was much quicker than I thought. And the quality seems really good.

Refund Refusal
Very discouraged in the company’s policy on engraved items. My item arrived damaged and they refuse to issue a refund. They offered a replacement, but seeing the quality of the item and faulty latching mechanism, I do not want a replacement. The company will not issue a refund and I now have to dispute the charge with my payment company. Seems like a very poor way of doing business, but a good way to steal people’s money!

Ordered two different personalized…
Ordered two different personalized bracelets for my boyfriend.. one was snug could not send back and the next one I ordered had a broken clasp we could not get open! Customer service sent us videos on how to open a clasp (not rocket science) and the videos wouldn’t even open.. they wouldn’t replace the bracelet because it had been personalized so we now have 2 bracelets he cannot wear! It’s a shame because I liked the quality but customer service wasn’t helpful at all but sent multiple emails wanting a review so hear you go!
