After years of bad experiences for students moving out of houses, we're looking to provide a long term solution.

Canceled at the last minute with no explanation

I would recommend steering clear of this company. I booked them for an end of tenancy clean, and 48hrs prior to when they were scheduled to turn up, I received an impersonal notification saying only that the booking has been cancelled, with no explanation. Obviously this was very worrying, so I have tried to call them repeatedly but there is no answer, WhatsApp as well which they advertise as they're main method of communication, and finally email. I have heard absolutely nothing back from them, and an left trying to find an end of tenancy cleaner for a Sunday at very short notice. the Student Cleaning Company have made this process incredibly stressful, and I am shocked at the unprofessional nature in which this has been handled.
