Avoid this site - buy elsewhere
I originally ordered a dress in June 2023 for a particular event. I only chose this website as they had dresses that matched the event theme- not my usual style. The dress wasn't to my liking and unfortunately as others have pointed out, despite being a 100% online "boutique" they only offer store credit for returns. Not only this, at first they didn't even send my return code until I specifically requested it.
For over 12 months knowing I have this store credit to use I have checked the site on occasion, only to find they rarely update their stock and when they do it appears to be random "1 left" items.
I finally used the credit to buy a dress only to have it arrive in a different colour to pictured, clearly cheaply made as evident by the lining and hemming around the dress as well as the feel and, dare I say, smell of the fabric.
Unfortunately now I have lost $50 in credit I will never redeem on top of owning a dress not worth the bag it came from.
They are clearly seriously inflating their prices and purchasing very cheaply made clothing, trying to brand as a boutique of premium clothing, but their products and service do not meet these standards.
There are a number of much more reputable online stores selling clothing at a similar, if not cheaper, price point.
I wish more reviews like these popped up when I first went to purchase a product so I knew not to waste my money or time on this site. As someone else pointed out, you can shop on Shein and find likely similar quality for much much cheaper.
This site either needs to consider:
- significantly lowering their prices
- provide full monetary returns instead of store credit
- improve their product quality and customer service
