Costa del Mars received not authentic

I purchased a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses from thesunshopp via ebay. When I received them, the tint seemed different from another pair with the same blue mirror lens I bought from Costa. I compared them together. The tint and acuity of the pair from thesunshopp was different from the ones from Costa. Also, the frame was of lower quality. I concluded that the glasses from thesunshopp are counterfeit. When I contacted thesunshopp about this, they did not respond to me. Buyer beware!
