I was sent the wrong product size
I was sent the wrong product size. I did a successful return of the jeans but now they saying they can't give me back my money or send me a new pair of jeans because it's tied up in a dispute. Which I've told the bank that it was done in error. So at this point I would never order from your store again and I am very dissatisfied. If I can rate you a zero I would.

We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.
After you notified us that the wrong size was received, we immediately provided a prepaid return label and worked with you throughout the return process. We confirmed receipt of the returned item and attempted to process a resolution. However, a chargeback/dispute was filed on the transaction, which prevented us from issuing a refund directly through our system while the dispute remained active.
We understand from our correspondence that the dispute may have been opened in error, but once a chargeback is initiated, the matter must be resolved through the payment processor and financial institutions involved. We have fully cooperated throughout that process and provided all requested documentation.
