I recently completed a Mediation course run by TCM. The course was run very well, with there being lots of course handout and a very well written workbook. The Lecturers on the course were extremely good and professional. I would highly recommend the TCM Group based upon my experience.

I found the course very useful and informative, facilitated in a professional manner by a knowledgeable expert in their field. It was well organised and delivered quality content. It was fast paced and covered a lot, so I would recommend people new to culture change do some pre-course reading in advance of attending. Would recommend to others.

The content of the course was very well put together. The facilitation was excellent. The course does really need you to commit to it as it is fast paced and covers a range of theories and practical work. I would recommend this course for anyone who wants to gain quality work place mediation skills.

I attended the 5 day mediation course - the facilitator Marie was brilliant, so engaging and with a wealth of experience to ask lots of questions and get best practice and plenty of real life examples. The course itself is so thorough and I feel equipped to deal with mediation.

I did the 3-day Resolution Facilitation course, and it was one of the most enjoyable, informative and thought provocting courses I have been on.

The pre-course support from Cameron was first-class, and the tutor, Alex, kept it lively and real. Well recommended.

I recently attended the 3 days workshop on conflict resolution facilitator course. It contributed to my learning and gave me confidence in solving complex issues at workplace.

I recently attended the free webinar to gain insight into the 5 day mediation course and assess whether it would be worth investing in.

While the final 20 minutes of the session were genuinely useful, I found that a significant portion of the webinar – particularly the first 45 minutes – was heavily focused on sales content. Additionally, the extended personal account of the CEO’s journey, while perhaps inspiring to some, felt unnecessary and took away from the core purpose of the session.

A more balanced structure with practical content earlier on would have made the session more valuable for prospective participants.

Good session to have in the background as it takes awhile to get to the meat of the topic.

Excellent training

This is the second course I have attended with the TCM Group. The courses are really well presented, really well written and really really informative, which then raises even more questions, all of which are answered with honesty, compassion and indepth knowledge. Marie Coombes is a joyously amazing consultant always willing to go to the extra mile.

I came to the course knowing very little about investigations and left with a good awareness of the subject. The presenter was really engaging and made the subject matter come alive by providing numerous real life examples from his vast experience of working in the field. He was really engaging and the session soon became discursive as people felt self to ask questions and make comments throughout.

TCM has great trainers who provided a powerful training on mediation. The tools provided throughout and after the training are more than useful. The customer service was flexible and effective.

An excellent course to become a workplace investigator. Very good and clear prep beforehand, nice small group for interactive breakouts and a great facilitator who used his extensive experience to illustrate the learnings. Recommended.

The content of the training was great andd very relevant to my profession. The trainer was very good and open to participants asking lots of questions.
I took away many tools that I will be using in my job.

Great trainer that had real life experience

Great training delivered by an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. The service provided by TCM has been excellent from start to finish. The pre-course information was excellent and the follow up support is great.
