Quick and efficient delivery
The service was great and delivered quickly.
However the Keemun tea is not like it used to be or as it appears on your website. I don’t find the large leaves like your Kemun tea used to be. Tastes very similar but visually slightly different.
We also used to receive a sample of different teas before Keemun was difficult to get, but now no samples. I would like to try a sample of Matcha but not pay the prices for 100g.

We haven't made any changes to our supplier or sourcing for our Chinese Keemun tea, so the quality and leaf standard remain consistent. However, because tea is a natural product, subtle variations in leaf size can occasionally occur between harvests, and we really appreciate you bringing the visual difference to our attention.
Regarding samples, we still love offering them and continue to include a complimentary sample with every order over £30.00. Additionally, if you're interested in trying our Matcha without committing to a full 100g caddy, we offer individual single sachets on our website specifically designed for trying it out first.

I ordered a canister of camomile and…
I ordered a canister of camomile and rooibos tea. The initial purchase was easy but unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery. I contacted The Tea Makers costumer service and they were fantastic. Chased up my delivery and then ultimately sent a replacement.
Upon arrival the canisters looked very smart and beautifully presented. Inside the camomile smelt incredible and tasted so much fuller than any teabag I have ever had. The rooibos was equally as well presented and I cannot wait to try it.

I had a query as I'd got muddled up…
I had a query as I'd got muddled up with wether I had a subscription as I started another one and panicked about getting a tea tsunami ! They were very helpful and cancelled the first subscription on setting up the new one. I received my first delivery in good time and it was well packaged. The sencha tea is really good; so very much better than t-bags from the supermarket. And, you only need a small amount to make a refreshing mug of lovely green tea.

Excellent tea and excellent service.
I purchased a number of different teas from The Tea Makers of London. The tea is high quality, it’s not the cheapest, but the quality stands out when you drink their tea. The service is prompt. I tend to purchase Long Jing Tea - which is beautiful. I drink this in the evening when I want to slow down and appreciate what I am drinking. I have also purchase Jasmine Pearls - this is very good. I am experimenting with oriental Beauty Oolong tea currently. Because the tea is high quality it’s worth brewing the tea correctly. They also enjoy reusing the tea leaves 1-2 more times.
