Never received my purchased. And NO answers from The Time store
I still haven't received my watch and it's been two weeks. The delivery should have arrived a week ago. Very unpleased with the customer services. No emails no calls. I have called the store three days in a roll and no answers. Finally on the fourth day I get in touch with a rep from the store. And he took my info down and said there was nothing he could do at the moment due to the Jewish holiday and his manager was out on vacation. Yet there's a quick charged to my card for the full amount of the watch! I'm so frustrated. Please someone help me. Or I will have to contact the authorities because this is very unfair. I feel robbed.
