My family and extended family came here…
My family and extended family came here for our very first family vacation and it was amazing! Just what we needed and wanted. We loved that there was a pool and a game room for all our kids to keep busy. As well as another option to go to the resorts waterpark, was another plus and was also very clean and felt so good! The house was very nice and they really care and keep the place maintained to ensure your visit is everything you needed. We would highly recommend going here and would love to go back in the future. Also, very kind staff, specifically Naomi Osbourne, (Guest experience supervisor) for being very kind and very responsive if we needed anything!
Thank you to the staff of top villas for everything and hope to visit again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the towels were fresh, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable, welcomed, and right at home.
We also had an amazing time at Disney World, and the convenient location made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was smooth and stress-free, allowing us to focus on creating special family memories.

This place is horrible
This place is horrible. I rented here based off of pics on their website. When we got to the home, we quickly noticed that the pics were old. There was mold growing in the doorways, the furniture was dirty, and the carpet smelled mildewy. Rather than refund us for the stay and let us go somewhere else, they wanted to send someone in to clean. Shampooing carpet and upholstery is very inappropriate while a guest is visiting. After complaining, they offered me a refund for 1 night if I agreed to not post about the experience. I will never book here again or recommend them to anyone. They are very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, you elected to vacate the property without allowing reasonable access or time for us to investigate and resolve the issues raised. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we did offer a partial refund at the time.

Everything was wrong with top villa…
Everything was wrong with top villa 2300 at reunion resorts: roaches in bedroom crawled in suitcase; water bugs in bathroom up and downstairs. Ghost ants all over bathroom vanity, refrigerator leaks makes no ice; very low water pressure; shower clogged up, only 1 towel per bathroom in the entire 10 be house. Very slow at responding if they even do at all after call after call about the roaches and bugs all over. Have to keep all luggage up higher and can’t put anything on the vanity. So basically my vacation is spent calling about a money pit house that drained my vacation, mad my kids sick from the disgusting roaches and no one is responding in any way at a place considered a “top” villas

With regard to the concerns about insects, the Property Manager did arrange for a licensed pest control company to attend the home to inspect for and address any pest activity reported. The pest control team were not able to confirm the presence of pests during their visit, nevertheless they treated the interior of the home for pests as a precautionary measure.
While we make every effort to maintain our homes to a high standard, Florida's subtropical climate means that insects can occasionally find their way indoors despite preventative treatments and ongoing pest management measures.
The pest control team did attend a second time and treated the exterior of the property, as a further precautionary measure. We are therefore under the impression that this matter has now been resolved.
