I spent £1887 on a ball maze for the company I work for. I received only one automated email of order acknowledgment. No invoice. After waiting a few weeks, I needed to chase the order...

I called their phone - does not exist.
I emailed but it bounced back - it doesn't exist.
I called companies nearby where they claim to trade, they've never heard of them because you guessed it - they do not exist.

On the surface, the website looks legit, but the more I delve, the more foolish I feel on finding the many signs of unauthenticity. Though I did check trust pilot and went off the good reviews I found, hence why I'm writing this here so you wont get trapped like I did.
The address says "United Kingdom" only!?

The address and phone number I did find (not on the website as its not available there) wasn't easy and only lead to dead ends.

Save your money, dont get scammed like I did. It's all not real, but losing your money is.

Luckily I paid on credit card and the money is protected by the bank, so I got lucky. BUT STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE TOY KINGS!

My order didn’t turn up
Waited over 8 days still not sent out !! Then to top it off I charged me for delivery which I never had !!

Excellent service. The dolls house arrived extremely well packed ( it took me ages to unpack it as it was so securely wrapped… a good thing! ).

The toy was as described but the packaging was destroyed in the post. Not too much an issue this time but might be upsetting for some who are giving gifts.

Great item, just took a while to be dispatched. Otherwise no issues and would buy again.

Placed an order, money taken from account. Then get a call next day after 9pm from a number registered to a different company, saying product is out of stock and payment will be refunded in 3-5 days. Weird experience. Hopefully money comes back.

This company is run by crooks. I bought a stress toy for my son and within 24 hours the item had come apart.
The company tried to blame this on my son and ‘overuse’ which is nonsense, and they refused a refund, which resulted in a very unhappy and disappointed little boy.
The point of a stress ball is to squeeze it to alleviate stress, not for it to start crumbling away within less than 24 hours.
Unfortunately for The Toy Kings (Crooks), their refusal to refund this £10 toy will result in greater losses due to the reviews posted online.
Avoid this appalling company at all costs. Money grabbing crooks, only interested in profit gained from their shoddy, Chinese bought cr*p.
Shame on you.

I ordered two Didicars for my grandchildren. I received one but had trouble getting the other due to the delivery people. The lovely lady at The Toy Kings went above and beyond to sort the problem out and in the end I was refunded for the lost one. Highly recommended company. A Didicar is an amazing ride on and can even be used by adults.

Bought the Green Toys Eco-Friendly Toy Airplane for my 18 months old son and he loves it! What we love even more about it is that it’s surprisingly sturdy and tough. He’s been throwing it around for weeks and not a single scratch!! Yet :)
