Steph was great today and made my whole experience an easy and pleasant one.

This company will sell you a car on the basis that it is of good quality and has undergone a 99 point check but in reality the "checks" that have been completed do not certify that the car is of good quality. For example the clutch has been documented as in good working order but in reality needs changing. The keys are deemed to be working, until both disconnect from the car within 24 hours of sale and the mechanics cannot get them working again leaving you with no working car fobs. Car sold with broken struts is another "minor issue" that was seemingly checked off as working on the pre sale checks (which were done 6 months before sale). Sales people will sell you the dream of a perfect car but once you leave the showroom you find out that there are in fact problems that were not disclosed. Upon challenging them you are told that these issues were disclosed at point of sale (by faulty telepathy maybe). The after sales garage is a revolving door of defective cars being taken in for repair (all of which had undergone this "amazing" 99 point check before sale). After care generally aren't bothered and do bare minimum to help. They only seem keen to do something if it means you are buying another car off them. Good luck trying to get a refund for a faulty car, company will claim throughout that the numerous defects do not meet a "fault" criteria and will not refund your hard earned cash.

I would not recommend The Trade Centre Wales based on my experience.

Shortly after purchasing a vehicle, it developed faults which forced me to reject it within 30 days under my consumer rights. What followed was a frustrating and unnecessarily drawn-out process to get my money back.

Communication was poor throughout, with delays, vague responses, and a lack of clear timeframes. I had to repeatedly chase for updates, which shouldn’t be necessary when dealing with a refund for a faulty vehicle.

There was also added stress caused by issues raised late in the process that were not mentioned when the vehicle was originally returned.

Although the refund was eventually processed in full, it took far longer than it should have and required significant effort on my part to resolve.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not one I would want to go through again.

I had a really positive experience with Trade Centre Wales. Steff, who helped me at the end of my car purchase, was great—especially when it came to sorting out the finance.

He made everything really clear and easy to understand, taking the time to talk me through all the options without any pressure. I really appreciated how patient and approachable he was, as finance can be quite overwhelming, but he made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.

Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Trade Centre Wales. Thanks again to Steff for all his help!

From the start of coming into the show room to look for a car staff were so supportive without being pushy. I had an idea what type of car I needed and they showed me all available.
The process of getting finance was easy with their staff contacting me every step of the way. I was able to drive away the same day as well which was important.

They were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was completely miss sold a car, based on being told incorrect power, battery range and battery size.
On raising a formal complaint they refused to accept any responsibility or offer any compensation for being lied to by salesmen.
Second time I've been stung by this company, please learn from my mistake and avoid!!!
