I was blown away by how the process went. Honestly, I was not expecting such an amazing experience. I had lots of enjoyment choosing my car, like a kid in a candy store. Then I was greeted by Stuart, let's be honest he's a good salesman, but not in a way that I ever once felt pressured to do anything. 10/10 for Stuart.

It wasn't just that, the overall feeling of the place was fantastic. The showroom was immaculate, the prices were fair. The free coffee/water the test drives, everything honestly was great. You guys should be proud of the experience you provide to people looking for a new car. I wasn't expecting that. And I found the exact car I wanted. Well done trade centre Wales. I will recommend to anyone looking for their next machine. Thanks again.

Visited this dealership with my stepson who had been pre approved for finance.it was all going well until he was asked for a 99 pound deposit before being accepted which I found very odd you only pay once being accepted, in the end after waiting almost an hour the finance was refused and when asked for the deposit back was told would need to wait until Monday when the accounts team are in. Shocking experience and will certainly not be returning to this dealership.

Great experience. Salesmen knowledgeable but not pushy - Ashley and Mo. Also thanks to Ben and Tom who made the sales and pick up very smooth.
However fault with car meant after sales care questions answered quickly but still waiting a time on recovery response vehicle and no sign of a courtesy car so I am carless. Disappointing after sales care. No one has responded to any emails I have sent and despite a message to say someone would contact me within 2 hours nobody has. Extremely disappointing.
Update:
My saga is still ongoing. No courtesy car, 1 week without my own vehicle. This company DO NOT belong to the motor ombudsman. I would never use this company again or recommend them. After sales is shocking and they will never respond in writing…they do not like to leave paper trail!

I’ve had my car just over a month, it had an issue with the front passenger seat belt, where it was twisted inside the panel. I contacted the After Sales team, who phoned me back same day to book me in, checked the issue within a week and then booked me in for a repair as it needed replacing. When I took my car for the repair, I asked if they could have it done within 2 hours as I needed to be back on time to collect my daughter and they had me out in 45 minutes! Really nice staff and quick service.

Lewis and Molly were fantastic. Helped me through the process and couldn’t do enough for me and my family.
