Very good!
I was actually quite surprised! I ordered 25 trophies all with engraving and they are 100% correct. I was also dubious about the delivery but it took them about 2 weeks from order to having them in my property.
Didn’t need to use customer service as it was all perfect!

I placed an order 10 days ago. Have heard nothing from the company. I have chased up via the contact us page which doesn't appear to go anywhere as I have had no response. I was hoping to get the trophies for our last game of the season so ordered well in advance but now I will not receive them which means I have no trophies to hand out

We work on 4 to 7 working days for processing orders, it has been 5 working days since you placed your order, this processing time is not a guarantee just an operating time we endeavour to work to.
Also if you need trophies for a specific date it is always advisable to let us know to avoid disappointment.
You will have received a confirmation email upon placing your order.
I have searched my emails and I have had NO contact from you.

Lovely trophies. But after sales?
Great value good looking trophies. But transaction soured over 1 damaged £12.99 trophy. That is still ongoing? On an order over £250. Rather pathetic I'm afraid to say.

Hole In One Trophy
Ordered on 3 March but not received until 17th. I had to chase up on 13th and it was sent on 14th.
Pleased with the trophy which was as ordered. Would use again but require assurances on time.

Payment and delivery is outstanding. We are a school and seldom do I take time to give reviews but they're brilliant. If I'm being picky, a larger range of medals would be great but the prices and delivery is exceptional, as well as payment process. Thoroughly recommend.

What a service
Adam has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. He could provide a quick turnaround on a last minute award whilst other providers were saying a minimum of 7-10 days. Then at the last minute was able to turn around a trophy in literally 10 minutes.

Two very similar shop names!
There are two very similar shops - thetrophystore.co.uk and trophystore.co.uk. Our club had bought several cups from the latter but then a mix-up with the names meant we then ordered the next items from the former (this review). We ordered two silver plated Chippendale salvers but we thought they were rather thin and lightweight compared to another similar we already had. The engraving was nice and delivery was prompt.
