Recently got some rear tyres fitted to my Tesla model Y. Top service with great communication would definitely use mat again.

Responded at the time and arranged a meeting at my home that suited. Job was completed efficiently and effectively with no damage or cause for concern. Person doing job was professional, efficient, respectful. Done all the work to ensure a 100% job, wheel rim cleaned thoroughly, new valve, tyre balanced and inflated to correct pressure. Wheel applied and tightened to correct torque. Very good service.

Matt at Tyre Soldier was absolutely brilliant. The customer service was phenomenal and he truly went above and beyond from start to finish. His prices were very competitive and he was incredibly kind, helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process.

He kept me fully updated on how long he would be and arrived exactly when he said he would which made everything so easy and stress free. He has such an upbeat and friendly manner and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers.

I will be recommending him to everyone I know and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Could not fault a thing.

We got a puncture halfway through our journey from Moray to Ayrshire at 9:30pm and called The Tyre Soldier for help. He agreed to meet us in Perth and we decided to replace both rear tyres while he was there.

He arrived within an hour of the call, communicated with us throughout, and provided an absolutely outstanding service. Considering the time of night and the distance travelled, the price was more than fair.

We are absolutely delighted with the service and can’t recommend The Tyre Soldier highly enough. A true lifesaver — highly recommend ++++

Called Matt out after narrowly avoiding being ripped off by one of the big chains. He was really honest, even advising against some work that wasn't needed, and clearly explained what was needed. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and convenient and he was happy to come out to Bankfoot. Will use again.

I needed a tyre repair/replacement. I kept trying to phone the number on the website – no reply. Left a message – nobody called back. I sent a WhatsApp message – got an automated reply, but no follow-up. I gave up after two days and went to my local garage, who fixed it no problem.

Called on Saturday evening after a blow out on front tyre driving on dual carriage way, turned up within the hour and sorted car very quickly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for better service would highly recommend using them again.
