This water tint is unlike any tinted/coverage product I've tried before - it really feels like it sinks into the skin instead of just sitting on top, and leaves a soft-to-touch finish. It took me a few tries to figure out how best to apply it, and I find I get best results using a sponge and working a very small amount of product into the skin at a time, as it sets really quickly. The coverage is very sheer but has a subtle blurring effect that evens out skin tone. I have acne-prone skin and I'm currently using a quite drying acne treatment, so I was worried this might cling to and exacerbate flaky patches of skin, but I haven't found that to be a problem as long as I use an effective moisturiser underneath.

The UN_DID team also offer stellar customer service - when I contacted them to ask for advice about shades, they kindly sent me a second shade to try free of charge - they were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful.

Absolutely incredible customer service. The shade I bought was far too dark, (I'd chosen based off the results of the online test). When I emailed the team to let them know, I was sent the lighter shade for free! The postage both times was super fast too. My skin is very dry at the moment and unfortunately I don't think it's in the right kind of condition to use a product like this as I am finding it doesn't sit quite right after application. I am using topical creams such as Epiduo. I hope once my skin has calmed down a bit I'll be able to use it! The consistency looks lovely and it's full of good ingredients.

This foundation feels soo nice on your skin! it’s super lightweight and since it’s part serum it was so many benefits! it gives the perfect finish of “like your skin, but better”! Will defo be purchasing again!

EDIT: whilst the product doesn’t suit my skin, I can’t praise the team enough. Absolutely fantastic customer service, with a perfect resolution to my issue.

I had high hopes for this product as I don’t like full coverage - I prefer products that make your skin look like yours, only better. I was also really happy about the recycling etc. When it arrived I was very excited to try it, especially as it can be used without moisturiser as it contains hyaluronic acid.

It dries down very dry and matte, very quickly. I used with and without my HA, PGA & daily moisturiser - unfortunately still a bit too matte for me. Not that good for my skin, though I’m sure it will be excellent for others and I’d suggest people try it. I’d give 3 stars for the product for me personally, but 5 stars overall as I love what the company does, its ethics, and also packaging recycling. I do like the light coverage this offers, sadly it’s just not the finish for me.

Product literally split on my face and looked awful, even when I put nothing underneath it. Don't waste your money.

Service wise, everything was fine, though their colour match is a bit off for me & I did the quiz a few times with slightly different answers to make sure - & I still ended up with the same shade. So...

I was sent this face tint by the Undid and I am in love! I use this face tint almost every single day.
1. I used the colour match on the website and it generated the perfect colour.
2. This is a face tint/skin care so the coverage is very light but it is builable. I love the fact it is light coverage. I sometimes use it by itself and other times I will use blushers/bronzers over it. I love how even with all the other makeup i'm wearing my skin still looks natural. It works so well with my other skin care and makeup.
3. I found it easy to use with my fingers and with sponges and brushes.
4. I love the feeling of this on my face all day - for me the product lasts all day as it suits my skin type.

It is the perfect combination of skincare with makeup!

I use this almost every single day. It would also be great holiday skincare and great to wear when travelling when you want your skin to look fresh but not loaded with product! This is a firm fav in my makeup bag!

I love this product!

I used to wear such heavy foundation and after a year of lockdown I can’t stand the feeling of it on my skin. I have tried other BB creams & tints but have never found one that matches my pale skin tone as well as UN_DID.

I have used this tint on top of various skin products such as different moistures, serums and even over thick sunscreen all with equally beautiful results. I contacted UN_DID on Instagram for advice on how to use with the sunscreen and they promptly replied with tips on how to make it work so I tried leaving the sunscreen to settle into my skin for 10 minutes and the tint went over it perfectly with a damp beauty blender.

The result of this tint is very sheer, it gives the appearance of naturally beautiful skin yet it is buildable if necessary. I have red patches around my nose & 2 coats is enough to cover them.

I love the gender inclusivity, recyclable packaging and most of all that it is vegan & cruelty free! 🌱💕

I’m so impressed with @theundid water tint coverage and it looks like I have nothing on! For someone who have oily/combination skin, this works perfectly for my skin! Every time I have this water tint on, no one realises that I have someone on my skin! It’s extremely lightweight and has a moderate glow. This works perfectly for my skin and I am definitely going to be repurchasing this again.

Wow! I'm very impressed. I have oily skin that's prone to redness and acne. I also hate the feeling of wearing foundation, and I hate looking made-up. I find this product to be a great middle ground - it makes my skin look lovely and smooth, but you can't really tell I'm wearing makeup at all. And it doesn't feel greasy, sticky, or cake-y. My skin just feels like my skin. I don't love the smell, but otherwise, two thumbs up!

Really fast postage and easy to purchase. I followed this business from Instagram and wanted to try the product.

I absolutely love my Undid skin tint. It has a thin consistency so you have to be careful to apply it evenly but it makes my skin look so glowing. I have oily skin and I’ve found that it stops my skin looking greasy without the cakey, matte look that you’d usually get from oil control products. I also love the fragrance. It arrived super fast and I’ll definitely be buying again.

So glad I decided to buy this. Definitely my new go to for the summer

I very rarely write product reviews but I love, love LOVE water tint. My skin type is sensitive/normal but can be on the oily side and I get quite bad hormonal breakouts (made worse by coming off the pill!). However, I don't like to wear a lot of makeup, usually just opting for concealer for blemishes/under eye as I've always hated the feeling of anything 'covering' my face and I've struggled to get something light, like a tinted moisturiser, that works for my super pale complexion.

This product is so wonderfully light and genuinely just looks like my skin but better, smoothing out any discolouration and, whilst being light coverage, does a good job of toning down blemishes. However this is NOT anywhere near full coverage so I still need to dab concealer on spots, which is fine by me but maybe not for those who want more coverage. On blemishes, I was worried my skin might breakout as it's not used to wearing any coverage across my whole face but I haven't noticed a change in my skin at all, or any clogged pores which is great.

I personally find it super easy to apply - I use a fairly matte Avene moisturiser for sensitive skin then apply water tint pretty much straight away and it goes on a dream, no streaks or patchy bits. I have found it doesn't do so well over primer though which, outside of lockdown could be an issue? For the time being, I find I absolutely don't miss the primer though and my face stays looking fresh and non oily all day.

I read a few reviews that talked about the strong scent which worried me but thought I'd try anyway. When I first applied, the scent REALLY concerned me as it's pretty strong. However, I've been using for a month now and haven't seen any flare ups of my sensitive skin, which I'm super happy about as I know fragrance is usually a big no no for me.

Could not recommend this product highly enough for anyone who likes light coverage (or no coverage!) and the fact that the company stands for so many positive things is an amazing bonus.

After a year of lockdowns, I’ve really started to look for something different from my makeup. Gone are the heavy full coverage foundations that weren’t doing anything for my skin, and now I want something that’s breathable, quick and actually benefits my skin. I love how this water tint made me look, it was like my skin but better! It made me really question why I felt the need to hide under full coverage foundation for years.

Super lightweight, great colour match, feels beautiful on the skin and gives such a glowy finish.

One thing I would say is make sure you moisturiser has fully sunk in before applying this water tint to make sure it blends seamlessly.

Would highly recommend!

The water tint is hands down one of the best 'foundations' that I've ever tried. It blends like a dream, blurs imperfections but somehow still managed to look like real skin! An absolute triumph of a product!

I love the colour match, scent and staying power of this product!
I have quite oily, combination skin and have been blending with a damp beauty blender after speaking with Romi, which does the trick, and the tint lasts all day without any transfer, but without the heavy feeling of a foundation
I’m also really impressed with the ethical credentials of this product
