Just be patient, it works...
At first it was a little difficult and passed the 72 hours mark. The company always emailed me letting me know updates. It wasn't easy for them so we had to use my windows pc for more assistance. I followed their steps which was very clear and easy to do. We finally got the phone unlocked! Some phones just need a little bit more time so be patient... It works

Only deal with a company who offers a full refund if lock is unsuccessful not some store credit that you will most likely never use.

To clarify, our service is for network unlocking your device so you can use other carriers and while many requests are completed within the estimated 72 hour timeframe, some devices require additional processing due to carrier-level restrictions outside of any third party’s control.
If a device is not unlocked within the original 72 hours, we continue working on the request at no additional cost as well as provide store credit until all available options have been fully exhausted.
If we ultimately cannot unlock the device, a full refund is issued, as outlined on your receipt, our Terms & Conditions, and on our website.
We understand that expectations can differ, and we encourage customers to review our policies prior to ordering to ensure the service is the right fit. I requested an unlock
I requested an unlock, I paid $39.9 for the unlock. I probably waited the time they requested, which was three days. It was expected that they would register that the message was getting longer and the unlocking time was getting longer. It is important to note that my device is not reported as stolen and is not reported as lost, and all the money was paid for it. Despite this, they were unable to unlock it. My phone is pixel 9 pro xl

We’d like to clarify that the 1–72 hour timeframe is an estimated average, not a guarantee with this order at the time of this 1 star review being posted at the 72 hours and 10 minute mark. While many devices are completed within that window, some, including certain Google Pixel devices, can have carrier-side or account-level restrictions that prevent third-party unlocking, even when the device is fully paid off and not reported lost or stolen. Unfortunately, those restrictions are not visible until the unlock request is submitted.
When an unlock cannot be completed after all available options are attempted, you are refunded, we do not simply stop without resolution instead we work with the customer directly regarding next steps which includes the 100% refund option.

Hello Marion/Martin, we were able to unlock the first Samsung Galaxy phone within 24 hours of you ordering.
Unfortunately the second Samsung Galaxy phone you ordered was reported lost/stolen which is making it much more difficult to unlock. We do not recommend ordering a unlock for a blacklist device.

only a fool tries to unlock there phone themselves
When I first started my unlock journey, I felt paying for something that is POSSIBLE to get for free didn't make sense. All I can say is try it yourself. After 3 months of frustration and lost time hire these guys instead. It is literally a full time job attempting to get phone companies to comply with FCC guidelines, the unlocking company handles all that frustration for you. There is a reason they have been in business as long as they have. Save yourself the frustration, and most importantly the priceless currency of time, and trust the unlocking company to manage your claim quickly, efficiently, and most important properly.

Tmobile was refusing to unlock my phone without opening a new line for 60 days. These guys helped me out to unlock my phone in a couple of days. Now I pay less a year than what I was paying a month. Pay off your phone and get off the legacy carriers
