Worked great on TCL Dongle with Google Fi
This was especially difficult because this wasn't a phone. The device was a refurbished TCL dongle locked to T-Mobile that I was trying to use on Google Fi. It took them longer than was typical, but I wasn't in a hurry and all I cared about was getting it unlocked and they came through.

We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated with the experience. We reviewed the communication on the order and want to clarify a few points for transparency.
The 1–72 hour timeframe listed on the website is an average estimated processing time, not a guaranteed completion window, as explained on the product page, FAQs, and Terms & Conditions. Some devices and carriers unfortunately take longer due to manufacturer/server-side delays that are outside of our direct control.
Reviewing the communication history, we provided an updated timeframe approximately 13 calendar days ago, and then again today advised that the order is still processing because completion has not yet been received from the supplier/manufacturer systems. The order itself was placed on April 29th, and as of today it has been approximately 12 business days in processing.
We understand delays are frustrating, especially when customers are eager to use their devices, but we have continued responding and providing updates as information becomes available. We do not benefit from delays and are actively continuing to work the order through the available services until completion.
We appreciate your patience and hope to provide a successful update soon.

Worst nightmare to deal with
Worst nightmare to deal with. I was quoted $90 to unlock a phone with 85% success rate and to be done in 15-45 days. Three months went by with constant email follow ups and then was charged another fee of $180 on top of the original 90 to receive a 95% success rate and then waited another three months. I requested refund several times and then ended up disputing the charges. Out of “ RETALIATION”The Unlocking Company blacklisted my device and then I got it cleaned through my carrier and they re-blacklisted it again. They had the nerve to send me an email threatening me that every time they see my IMEI clean that they would re-blacklist it again which they did and I ended up losing a device still under installments just through the paranoia of dealing with trying to even work with every department of the carrier to remove the illegal blacklist. Be careful handing over your IMEI to these people because if it does not go your way, which is a 70%+ chance it won’t, they can use this against you by cloning your device or even further if they have more sensitive information, impersonating you and calling the phone blacklisted or stolen through their own services. The up your charges, they will even blacklist a clean phone if you’re just trying to unlock it to cause further charges along go away without you even knowing. I know this because they sent me a report of a Phone in good standing and was blacklisted within a month after handing them the device for service. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THIS IS A BIG SCAM AND IN THE END YOU’LL LOSE THE ENTIRE VALUE OF YOUR DEVICE AND IT WILL ONLY WORK AS A MINIATURE TABLET ON WI-FI. THE OWNER IS CROOKED AND SPEAKS AWFULLY WHEN YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE INQUIRY AND HIS RESPONSES ARE OFFENSIVE.

Hello Jawad , We strongly dispute the claims made in this review. We received a total of three chargebacks totaling $440 (all refunded and closed) associated with this customer. One for a successful unlock from 6 months ago and two other chargebacks were initiated after we had already confirmed refunds were being processed, receipts sent and advised that refunds typically take 4–10 banking days to appear depending on the financial institution. In both cases, the chargebacks were opened within approximately 24 hours of those refund confirmations.
At no point did The Unlocking Company blacklist, clone, impersonate, or otherwise tamper with this customer’s device. Third-party unlocking companies do not have unilateral authority to permanently blacklist devices across carrier systems as being alleged not to mention 2 of the phones you provided us were already reported lost/stolen and were told we cannot unlock them.
The customer purchased optional premium services with clearly disclosed estimated timeframes and success-rate probabilities, not guarantees. Throughout the process, communication records show we continued attempting the unlock and responding to inquiries. Refund and resolution options were also discussed directly with the customer stating if by May 1st we could begin the refund process which on May 1st we put in cancellation request and on May 4th receipts of refunds were provided
We understand delays and unsuccessful unlocks can be frustrating, particularly on financed or carrier-restricted devices, but frustration does not justify false accusations. We encourage customers to review our thousands of successful unlocks and long-standing reputation before relying on emotionally charged claims that are unsupported by evidence.
As always, we remain willing to review any legitimate carrier documentation directly attributing blacklist actions to our company. To date, none has been provided.

I needed to get my Samsung Galaxy A17 unlocked and wasn’t having any luck going through my carrier. They kept giving me the runaround and saying I needed to meet more requirements
I found The Unlocking Company and decided to give it a try. The ordering process was simple and I got a confirmation email right away. It didn’t unlock instantly, but within about 2–3 days I received the notification that it was completed.

Your order was accepted and is actively being worked on using the service level purchased. As explained prior to checkout on the product page, FAQs, and Terms & Conditions, the estimated timeframe is not a guarantee, and certain devices/carriers can require substantially longer processing times due to manufacturer and carrier restrictions.
At no point was your order ignored or abandoned. Our team continues submitting and checking the IMEI daily across available services in an effort to complete the unlock. If we cannot unlock the device then no other unlocking company will be able to either.
We also want to respectfully clarify that store credit was provided because the unlock has taken longer than the average estimated time, but that does not keep you from also getting a full refund once all options have been exhausted. Our refund terms are clearly outlined prior to purchase, including that full refunds are issued once all available standard methods have been exhausted.
We strongly dispute any implication of fraudulent activity. We are a long-standing family-operated business with thousands of completed unlocks and verified customer reviews. I finally found a solid unlock service provider that pulled thru and delivered as quoted. I can tell you that if you READ ....really READ any other scammer unlocking sites ON the payment page.... It says "you're paying to test if your phone can be unlocked"..... We just don't catch it. BUT the Unlocking Company... Pricing says you're getting network unlock code .
