STILL PENDING ?SCAM update not a scam
The American company website transferred me to the Australian website. After charging my card immediately, the tracking code provided remained in Pending mode saying the courier had not received the item. An email to them started a cycle of waiting with promises to investigate. After a few weeks I complained again and they said they have sent me a new one through Australia post. After a week STILL PENDING at AusPost. When I emailed again the same cycle of "we will investigate started". Saying check back in 3 days etc. Wondering if this is a scam. 3.11.25 Vibit did eventually send the item and it is a superb intervention for my plantar fasciitis. So I do not believe that it is a scam however they really need to get their delivery system worked out.

Cheaply made Battery / Not a long lasting productt
Ok !! Have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot for about 5 years.
Bought Vibit online and used it for about a fortnight before it simply gave out and stopped working altogether .
I'm assuming the Lithium battery inside it simply expire and /or was simply cheaply made in China. I've tried several times to recharge it but it hasn't worked at all. I'd be a little worried if I had one in my home for the potential of it starting a lithium house fire.

The Vibit
Ordering and delivery was no problem & the Vibit is so convenient to use.
I have chronic plantar fasciitis so my progress with the Vibit is slow but with daily use I am gradually improving and I'm hopeful that in time my goal of resolving this issue will be accomplished.

Long lasting relief
I purchased a Vibit originally for plantar fasciitis and found it really helped. I now use it for niggly back pain, after lifting the grandkids too much, and any other sore spots that flare up. It's a terrific product and I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone

Relieving vibrations, excellent customer service
I find the vibrations of this tool brings more relief than pressure point ie. spiky ball etc. I have it with me now on a four week road trip, great after long sitting stints driving. Customer service is fantastic, I had an issue with the charging mechanism, very quick to come back with trouble shooting and after a short video was sent, they replaced it immediately.

Great product
Great product, and from a company with great customer support and communication. I recommend purchasing this product as soon as you start to experience foot pain, otherwise you could end up like me requiring podiatry treatments etc as well.
It's a fantastic product for relieving inflammation and streatching out the foots muscles/tendons.

I absolutely love my Vibit. I loved it when I first started using it, and it STILL goes with me everywhere. I have told my friends and visitors about my little green machine and some have ordered their own. One friend let her daughter in law try hers - and got so much relief from pain, she ended up with one of her own!
I find it works so well on my back, leg, sciatica nerve and my feet. Thank you so much for this little creation, I honestly don’t know how I would have survived without it! My sciatica nerve hardly ever plays up now and I have not used painkillers for such a long time. I am so happy that I plucked up the courage to purchase one when I did.

Love my Vibit! I regularly suffer bouts of plantar fasciitis, and just generally painful feet. However I am noticing a great improvement since using my VIBIT regularly. Owning this is a game changer
Vitbit has help me and my clients with grippy muscles. With10 minutes of treatment I can say that muscles quickly relax.
The machine is also very well made, having bluetooth connectivity eliminating wires makes application a breeze. Thumbs up to this machine
