I can't believe I lived WITHOUT my Vibit for 32 years......
I am very active - I play soccer, golf, and rock climb 6 days a week.
With that said, I use my vibit for about 20 minutes before any of those 3 activities. It really helps me loosen up the sole of my feet, around my knee's and my low back.
If you are an athlete I would highly suggest carrying one around with you. I keep mine by my desk and it holds a charge really well so I only charge it maybe once a week.
The Vibit is a life saver, and honestly incredible for warming up cold muscles, and cooling down after hard workouts.

They say they accept returns but…
They say they accept returns but shipping back to AU is more than what the device costs. They want to give you a special promo worth $30 to keep the device and not send it back. Poor customer service and return policy. If doing business in the US, then you need to accomodate for shipping. I would not recommend this company or product.
