This bathroom makeover was done for my parents who were absolutely thrilled with the result, apologies to our fitter who would have random hugs from my mum when she realised she would be having some of her independence back. A safe clean lovely environment for them now. Would definitely recommend

I would definitely not recommend this company. Very poor management all they are interested in is taking your money the whole experience was a nightmare from day one. There fitter turned up at 10.30 and left at 3.30 and all he’d done was take a sink out and day 2 he took a tiled bath panel off. Then on the Wednesday another fitter turned up and from then on he was restricted to what he could do as all the materials hadn’t turned up and I was phoning there head office chasing the bits up for there fitters. I have noticed a lot of faults with the bathroom like laying a new cushion flooring over loose tiles and they are now sticking up through the floor which I did report to Lee but nothing was done plus there’s a chip in the shower tray where the fitters stacked there tools everyday. Iam going to seek advice from trading standards.

To be honest i wouldnt use them again. Worse company ever. Terreble workmanship. Awful attitude towards customer complaint. They both want the money but dont deal with customers complaints. Iv had the sealant sorted but not the panneling problem still got damp at the bottom of glass screen

From the design to the fitting all of the staff that we dealt with were first class and very knowledgeable. The price was considerably lower than we had been quoted by other companies but the quality remained at a high standard. We are very happy with the end product and the finishing is excellent.

Right from the quotation to completion, the walk in shower co listened to what we wanted, even when we couldn't make up our minds on what we wanted doing and changed a few things and added things in after the date was set . Nothing was to much trouble for them. Our fitter mihai is a superstar, he ripped old bathroom out within a day, and got started right away with creating our dream bathroom in 6 days total. Even when issues presented themselves mihai took it in his stride Nothing fazed him. He was extremely dedicated even driving through thick snow and icy roads to get here. The finish to our bathroom is a high standard. He checked everything and made sure we was happy every step of the way.Always treating our home with respect and tided up after himself when the job Was complete. If you are thinking of having your bathroom done choose this company we couldn't be happier of the choice we made.

From start to finish communication was brilliant and all of my questions responded to quickly. The fitter Rob was absolutely amazing and worked for 9 days in a row to get my bathroom finished for me and didn't get annoyed with my questions or adjustments I wanted, He just said no problem and got on with it. The bathroom looks amazing and we are over the moon with it and would not hesitate to recommend the company to friends or family. I must say again about Rob being a credit to the company he really did go above and beyond to get it all done for us.

The most reliable company i have ever delt with from start to finish there fitter is excellent nothing is to much trouble for him turns up on time which is very good this days don't know about 5 stars thay definitely deserved 10 star rating please us this company you won't be disappointed
