Ant & Ali are brilliant

Ant & Ali are brilliant. I took a 12 week program and I know I would not have gotten where I am without them. I was always into fitness but I never saw the results that I felt I should have. The 12 weeks i spent with them was more productive than my last 2 years doing my own workouts without a plan or goal.
Technically they provide responsive and knowledgable support. Their workouts and videos are detailed and easily followed. They don't overload you and yet still push you to make sure that progress is made each week even if it's not always readily seen. They remind you that you need to trust the process and to not have unrealistic goals.
Finally on a personal note they are just lovely people and truly want the best for you, whatever that may be. Would definitely recommend 🙂

I started with Ant and Ali and the WellFit method 4 weeks ago. I had been doing no training for the previous 8 months so was out of shape and really unfit. Straight away within a few days of starting my programme I felt better and their holistic approach is excellent, training your body and mind, developing new better habits and better understanding food choices. Their knowledge and expertise is second to none, and In 4 weeks I have already lost nearly 1 stone and I am back training 6 times a week and feeling healthier and fitter then I ever have.

The best coaches

I won't do Ant and Ali justice in this review. I've known Anthony for over 15 years and like most people I get into good shape and then fall off slightly every now and again. The great thing is I have Anthony get in touch regularly to see how I'm getting on and to keep me focused. I had a back injury for the last year or so and wasn't able to work out. Got in touch with Ant and Ali and started the Dumbbell Domination 8 week programme. I'm 5 weeks into it and I'm down 6.5kg, feeling great and back is holding up nicely. I'm looking forward to finishing this programme in 3 weeks and starting their next lean machine programme.

If you need to get into better shape and enjoy your workout then I can't recommend Ant and Ali highly enough.

Great coaches but even better human beings.

Five star for Ant and Ali 8 week challenge

Five star. This challenge came at the right time for me. I am not a gym bunny and was very unsure if this was for me. I opted for the home challenge beginners routine. I have learned so much from nutrition, exercise, hydration, movement and positive taughts. The advice, support, motivation and understanding from Ant and Ali was unbelievable. All on line this challenge was easy to use even for a beginner like me. I made friends with exercises, I never heard of like burpees, flutter kicks and dead bugs (to name a few!) I'm on my way to achieving my healthier weight thanks to Ant and Ali. Five 🌟

Ant and Ali - simply the best

Ant and Ali are the ultimate professionals full of knowledge on all aspects of health & fitness. They are realistic with their plans, it’s all about consistency and being good most of the time but there is no eliminating food groups or extreme dieting. They understand the challenges of being a busy working mum and work the plan accordingly.

Best start to my day

I have been training early morning with Ant and Ali for over a year now and it is the best start to a day you could ask for. Every single session is different which keeps it interesting / fun but also challenging. Ant and Ali are very knowledgable and experienced and I would highly recommend them.

The Wellfit Method.

I had read previous reviews before signing up and thought they must have been over generous but having gone through the program I now appreciate how good Ant and Ali are! I have a number of old injuries and Ant was able to adapt the exercises so that I could gain strength around these and get back to training. The time, care and attention that I have received and am still getting has been fantastic. Thank you Ant and Ali

Great program

Great program - I’m really enjoying the workouts and the food but it’s the encouragement from Ant and Ali that really keeps me going and stops me reverting to bad habits. Really noticing a difference in my muscle definition and seeing the abs for the first time!!

Ali keeps you on track and tuned in. She's brilliant..

The workout you do, is worth all the gym memberships, apps, and fitness gear you purchase but do not do. Ali keeps you on track and tuned in. The workouts are tailored to me and are hard but not impossible, I often surprise myself under Ali's good tuition. Her delivery is upbeat. Ali remembers your injuries and tailors the workout to aid recovery and keep you doing the sports you love. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

The Wellfit Method should be top of your list!!

I clearly remember my 1st HIIT class with Ali. Joined by accident during my lunch break...Long story.
The class was only 30mins long, and I only lasted 15mins, but I was hooked, and finished every class after. The vibe and buzz during those sessions was amazing!
Everything changed since lockdown, but Ant and Ali have adapted to changing times and The Wellfit Method is a game changer. I never thought I'd get the same experience from remote sessions, but it's actually better in some ways.
They don't just train your body, you get a plethora of advise on motivation, nutrition, mindfulness and much more.
Their classes are intense, but there's alternate exercises for beginners, so anyone can join.
The app is super easy to use, and nutrition data can be synced with other apps. If you're looking for an online solution to get your mind and body in shape, The Wellfit Method should be top of your list!!

Ali is an excellent coach

Ali is an excellent coach. She gently nudged you to do more where she knows you’re capable of more. She builds the tempo gradually so you do not realise you will barely be able to walk the next day! I have felt a significant improvement in my core and overall strength from going to Alis classes. Her enthusiasm is also what everyone needs when doing a workout! Thanks Ali

Serious workouts been so worthwhile

Serious workouts been so worthwhile.
Have been attending sessions online with Ali for over a year now. Have to say these have been very enjoyable despite and because of the high intensity which has helped fitness and overall strength and conditioning.
Ali has always been in good form with an early morning smile and encouragement and ambition for us through the sessions coupled with detailed individual attention.
Would recommend highly.

Since starting with Ant and Ali I have…

Since starting with Ant and Ali I have reached goals I never though I would. They have helped me change how I view training and the different types of training. They are so motivating, encouraging and totally genuine. I am the happiest I have ever been in myself thanks to all of their help. They have tailored programs for all ages and fitness levels. I cannot recommend them enough.

Achieving my goals!

I have worked with Ant & Ali over the past 10 years, and it has changed my fitness, shape and mindset. Attending the group classes is always a new challenge. There is such a variation that it ensures boredom does not set in and always provides a challenging workout full of encouragement. The PT sessions are hugely beneficial as they are always tailored to my goals. Overall, they are the best in the business.

Training with Ant & Ali

Although I used to train myself, I found that a lot of the time I was just going through the motions. I stuck to exercises that I liked rather than those I needed to do. Having Ant and Ali guide me and keep me accountable was invaluable. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none, and the fact that they understand that you have to live as well is great. They actually care about you, how you are feeling and how you are getting on with your plan. Today I would consider them as friends, as well as my trainers and I can't thank them enough for all their help. I couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Train with the best...Ant and Ali Lynch!

I started training with Ant and Ali in March 2019, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me. I can sincerely say I am in the best shape and the fittest I've ever been as a result. If like me you want to be the best version of yourself physically, then definitely give their training plans a try.

Having recently returned to running in…

Having recently returned to running in my 40's, I have had some issues with my knees that my physio prescribed strength exercises to resolve. I started training with Ali about 6 months ago, and since then, the issues with my knees have all gone away.

Working on a regime of HIIT, Strength and Conditioning and Cardio training with Ali has improved my race times more than I had ever anticipated. Ali constantly varies the training regime to keep me on my toes and her cheerful and motivational style ensures that I get the most out of myself and the training on every session.
