Anthony is a fantastic trainer who tailors the exercises to meet your individual needs! Despite having been with him for over a year, the exercises never get easier or predictable! He brings a huge amount of knowledge, expertise and experience to the session that he uses to help guide and push you to achieve your goals!

I really enjoyed the programme with Ant&Alu

I really enjoyed the programme with Any & Ali. I found their approach to be excellent and they were always available for consultation when needed. I lost 6% body fat, 7kg of fat and gained 6kg in muscle during my 12 week programme.

Make the right choices

I honestly didn't believe that I could begin losing weight by increasing my food intake - it didn't make sense. But after a clear explanation from Ant and Ali on how the body's metabolism works I came to understand the science behind it. I'm quite busy working a lot and didn't think I'd have enough time to give this a go but I've learned it's not about making time for it - it's about integrating it into your daily life and making the right choices. I'm healthier and fitter than I have been in a long time. Can't recommend it enough. Cheers guys!

Ant & Ali’s approach to fitness and…

Ant & Ali’s approach to fitness and well being are amazing nothing is forced and you can start at any level .
It feels almost like a community & they are always on the other end of a msg or call to help you out on tougher days. One thing I’ve loved is how they incorporate mindfulness along with getting fit and healthy . During these tough times we all need to be able to give our minds some love . They really want to look after you during the process and I’m still able to eat foods I love which is defo a plus . The recipes are amazing and I’m always full 🙌🏻 Most importantly they are always trying to encourage you make you feel better about you 😊
