I’ve ordered repeatedly and everything was so great. I believe you used UPS in the past and my packages arrived in Florida, surprisingly, in 2-3 days. I still have not received my order for this. I am not sure what or why but these orders have been stuck in the FedEx Memphis TN location for almost 2 weeks with no updates. You guys have been great but not sure what to do going forward.
Edit: I changed the rating to a 5 star because dealing with The Whiskey World has been great. Awesome customer service and fast processing of the order with extremely fast response times. I would rate FedEx with a 2 star review. Luckily I received my package today which I needed for a going away gift tomorrow.

Superbly packed; surprisingly fast! I thought that my order (a father's day gift) would take quite a while because The Whisky World is in UK. However, we had it in hand within a week. The product was extremely well packed - we were both amazed by the bottle surround. I've never seen an air pack that secure!
