Our experience has been great and an all round positive experience. Initial information was good and a future date booked for the installation. The installer Gary was excellent. He was friendly, efficient and respectful of our property.

Have now had all my windows replaced and they are beautiful. Service is exceptional, as are the fitters. I have now ordered a new back door.

Archie replaced our old front door, with a nice modern design. Worked hard and completed all the work in a few hours. Another good experience with WindowHub, having had windows replaced previously.

Yet again a beautiful job done. Really impressed with this company. 13 windows done in June 2025 and had the team back to fit front door. Kieran and Steve pleasure to have you here and thank you for such a great job done. Cleaned up after themselves left no mess. Once again thank you. Hopefully will have Window Hub back in 2026 to fit a kitchen door after renovation.

We had an emergency situation over the Christmas and New Year period when a dog pushed through our French window wooden (rotten) surround. Needless to say we got a bit more breeze than expected!
The Window Hub came to our rescue and fixed a date with us for installation. However it happened to be the date of the Goretti Storm. I thought, they wont come in this wind and rain and would likely postpone the installation, but I was wrong. Gary turned up at 9 am and battled the storm installing two external veranda doors including the French window. With a few cups of tea to keep him going he was finished and off by 4pm - a neat job done, cleaned the floor and tidied up and away he went.
Thanks Gary for your cheerful and chatty disposition in view of the miserable day!

Had a front door fitter today and I could not have asked for a more polite and understanding company. It was fitted by afternoon and not getting in the way of anything I had planned very accommodating clean and tidy very professional had a Customer Service team support all the way through and even the came I checked that I was happy with a job after the workman had left Many thanks for your service

From first meeting the salesman Nathaniel through to the installation the service was excellent and completed to our satisfaction to sum it all up our windows look amazing would thoroughly recommend.

The whole process was great. Friendly, straight forward and honest service from start to finish. Very professional job and the windows are high quality and well fitted. It was very good value too. I'm a busy single female with a period property and having work done on my house often induces a bit of anxiety. None at all with this company! Would use them again and recommend highly.

Tom and Archie made having new windows a great experience. Tom as our sales man was helpful, open and honest. Archie did an excellent job fitting the windows in our old house which made the job a bit tricky. But he showed just how experienced he is by overcoming the issues patiently. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. Overall, a beautifully finished result. The windows sparkled and no mess left behind.

Ordered a door and then windows a few months later. Both experiences were great. Teresa was very helpful and not pushy with the sales and the installation was quick and tidy. Very competitive price too.
