As someone who has always preferred the thrill of discovering and choosing my own wines, I never thought I'd be writing a glowing review for a wine subscription. Yet, here I am, because The Wine Engine is unlike any other service out there.

Initially, I was drawn to them for their incredible selection. They had a few of my all-time favourite, hard-to-find bottles that I could never get consistently anywhere else. Being able to secure those alone was a huge win and made my first order a no-brainer.

What I didn't expect was how much I'd love their discovery feature. The curated AI engine is spot-on, and it's recommended some truly fantastic new gems that have become instant favorites. The quality is always top-notch, and the value for what you get is consistently excellent.

My hesitation with subscriptions was always the lack of control, but The Wine Engine solves this perfectly. I get the best of both worlds: I can lock in my must-have bottles while also trying their curated recommendations. I'm still in the driver's seat of my own wine journey, just with a much better guide.

If you're a wine lover who is picky, enjoys the hunt, and has been skeptical of subscriptions, you owe it to yourself to try The Wine Engine. It has completely won me over and is a total game-changer.

Very simple and easy to use website I loved that it had lots of my personal favourite wines at a good price on there! It was a great way for me to try lots of different types of wine as I’m a red wine girly I love trying new types! Definitely recommend!

What an incredible experience I had! I always just go with what I know and get the same wines but the wine engine was something different. I was able to use their online tool to help pick the best wines based on my preferences and they were spot on!

Good price and swift delivery. The website didn't work on my phone (I couldn't see the basket to be able to check out) so I had to redo my order on a tablet which was frustrating.

So easy to use and the wine matched was just perfect to exactly what I like.

I really enjoyed the whole process of taking the quiz to find out the wine I like and then receiving it and of course drinking it. It didn’t take long at all once I put my order through. Great device and would definitely use again.

Although The Wine Engine has only recently started it already has an impressive portfolio of wines, carefully selected to suit different price ranges and tastes. It brings interesting origins and high quality wine producers to your door giving the confidence to explore unusual wines. The subscription approach is highly flexible in every aspect and rewards you with increasing discount based on size of order. I have recently cancelled a Fine Wine subscription elsewhere and will use The Wine Engine to explore new origins and wines. It is still early days for The Wine Engine and with their AI assistant the potential for tailored solutions is enormous.
