The worst service ever i had
On June 1, 2023, I ordered a Diesel 7194 watch on the website thewinners and paid $217.50 by card. I waited for the delivery for 40 days and received another Diesel 7419 watch. I immediately informed the site and received a reply that the employee Pedro made a mistake and sent my watch to another address and I receive another model. Then they wrote to me that they found the model I wanted and I could order it again, as compensation I would get free express shipping. So on July 19, 2023 I ordered again and paid $217.50 once again for the watch I want, the Diesel 7194. And again I began to wait. It's been more than 20 days and I've been asking on the site why I haven't received the watch. Then the employee Pedro gave me a number +55 61 9607-3964 to correspond on WhatsApp. He then explained to me that the watch was not actually sent to me because it was the last piece and was in bad condition. He said that if he ever found my pattern, he would write to me and send it to me. And he promised that they would refund the $217.50 to the account I paid for the watch from. On the same day, my profile on the website thewinners.life was marked with a "refund" status. This happened on August 14, 2023. Then we had several more chats with Pedro, in which he assured me that I would receive my money and, if necessary, he would personally transfer it to my account. Today is September 29th and I have not received the money back. I wrote several times to check to which account he transferred the money and if he did not make a mistake again, but he did not take any action. I have invoices issued by them , as well as statements from my bank when I paid and that I did not receive the refund. It's Very important to known that thewinners.life are incorrect.
