Wonderful Wool Duvet
We’ve had our king size, medium weight, Deluxe Washable Wool Duvet for a couple of months now and and found that it’s really great for temperature regulation for both myself and my partner, as one of us sleeps hot and the other sleeps cold. Previously we’ve had a number of quality goose down duvets but all of them have failed within warranty so we thought we’d give wool a chance and so far it’s proved to be the right choice. We would both highly recommend a Woolroom duvet. Customer service from the lady in the store at Oakham was excellent.

First Wool insert blanket
I was hesitant about ordering the Wool blanket, but reviewing other reviewers and looking closely at the stitching along with the company itself I took the plunge. The blanket came on time and the quality was as I had seen on their site along with other reviewers. The true test was usage. I am so sold on the blanket and would love to give one for my daughter and her husband for Christmas when they are on sale as I feel it is that good!!!

Terrible lack of customer care, efficiency and accountability
Terrible lack of customer care. I've been ordering from.woroom for years, but this is the first time I ordered a mattress. TWICE sent the woing sized mattress! Second time ( aftrr 3 weeks of waiting) I received a tiny child's mattress. I called and emailed and was treated as if I was being annoying and it cost them in blood to trot out a tired, monotone, "we appreciate this is frustrating". No hint of "let me put this right, so sorry", or even "how can we help?" Just bizarre and unpleasant.
They honestly do not seem to give a damn for their customers, I think they have gotten too big for their own boots perhaps
I wasted weeks waiting for this expendive item, I have health issues and really needed a good, natural supportive mattress and had explained this. I then wasted two days waiting in for the incorrect deliveries.
Proceed with caution, this company have an appealing image, they've had some good advertising, but they are certainly not the ethical, caring business they used to be years ago. Hugely disappointing experience.

Came in zero plastic packaging which…
Came in zero plastic packaging which was amazing. Ordered from here a couple of time before and the products have always been top quality. Bought a double duvet from here before and that was 6 years ago and not a single stitch has come undone.
However just purchased a single duvet and it was thinner than it should have been, probably due to uneven filling creating a big lump in it too. Disappointing :( .
