Wool mattress pad does not regulate heat. Requested refund one day past return window. Would not accommodate request.

Spend the money, get the mattress.

I was hesitant about getting a new mattress not only because I loved my old one but also it’s pretty pricey. However I wanted to get a non toxic mattress and my husband was hot and miserable on our memory foam mattress so I was looking into the best breathable organic non toxic mattress for the best price and Woolroom was the choice. It is a big purchase but think about how much time you spend in your lifetime in your bed. Now I ordered the medium cal king and other reviews did mention it was pretty firm for a medium. They also mentioned feeling the buttons on the mattress as well. Both are true. I took one night to adjust from memory foam to a firm mattress but I feel it’s still worth it. The bed is so breathable and high quality. We are however getting a medical grade sheepskin mattress topper from East Perry. We are currently using a down comforter for a topper until the other is made and shipped. I do recommend this mattress as it just feels so much better knowing I’m sleeping on such a well made, high quality, clean materials product. I’m getting much better sleep on this mattress than any mattress I’ve ever owned.

Arrived fine

Arrived fine, used a few times now just the thin layer for summer, very warm and comfortable, one side note though, my partner found the tag saying made in Lithuania? Bit of carbon used there to ship the wool over to produce it, then send back to UK, unless of course the sheep and wool are already there?. I guess it's just cheaper to manufacture, just shows the way of the world today.

My kind of pillow because I don’t like foam.

I think the pillow is what I needed. Mostly because i needed a pillow that can hold its shape thought out the night. I fluffed and molded the wool were I needed it and it cradled my head perfectly. Helped my neck out and all I need to do is fluff it up.

Uncomfortable pillows and Bad customer service

we bought 2 pillows. Pillows were uncomfortable for both of our necks. We both can't continue to use them. big waste of money. thought we had 100 day trial but customer service was even worse than the pillows, they said no it only had 30 day trial and they were very unfriendly delivering such information.

I never received my order

I never received my order. The team did try to help, but not sure if there was an issue with their delivery partner, but my order was never delivered and then all of a sudden I get an email to say it is being refunded. No explanation. Such a disappointment. Not sure if I will try to order from them again or find an alternative.
