Uncomfortable pillows and Bad customer service

we bought 2 pillows. Pillows were uncomfortable for both of our necks. We both can't continue to use them. big waste of money. thought we had 100 day trial but customer service was even worse than the pillows, they said no it only had 30 day trial and they were very unfriendly delivering such information.

I never received my order

I never received my order. The team did try to help, but not sure if there was an issue with their delivery partner, but my order was never delivered and then all of a sudden I get an email to say it is being refunded. No explanation. Such a disappointment. Not sure if I will try to order from them again or find an alternative.

I ordered a pillow because im switching…

I ordered a pillow because im switching to all natural materials,I absolutely love the pillow,I did have to order some more wool because I like having my head a little more elevated,and it worked out great..I will continue to order from the woolroom 🙂

I am so disappointed with this…

I am so disappointed with this ridiculous hard pillows that clump. There is no comfort. For sure the most money I have spent on a pillow and I can’t even use them. I went to go return but was out of the short return policy I thought I would have had 30 days but it was such a short time frame. I would not be leaving this review if I could have exchanged them.

Loose duvet cover

The fabric is nice enough. The color choices are a bit boring. My biggest problem is the loose duvet cover. I purchased everything from woolroom assuming that it would all be cut to the right sizes for a tight fit. No such luck. I'm sick of trying to straighten my comforter every morning. It's either bunched up at the bottom or top of the duvet cover each time I wake up. Needs ties or snaps somewhere to hold everything in place. Shipping was also slow. I received my sheets weeks before the duvet cover for some reason.

Regarding the shipping timeframes, the duvet cover was a pre-order item as it was out of stock so this was shipped as soon as it became available. Your other items were delivered 3 days after you placed the order initially so within our quoted shipping times of 2-4 days.

Lovely products!

I have bought a single quilt, a double protector base cover, and a duvet cover, sheet and pillowcase- I am delighted with all of these purchases.
The wool duvet is a particular favourite- light, warm and very comfortable.
The bed linen, I have yet to try!!
Looks excellent!
All was packed beautifully, and came very quickly!

Wool comforter blanket

Trial period good for use of blanket and return was good. I got the one that suits me best. I am happy with the light wool comforter that is washable, deluxe(blanket).

25% Hidden Extra Costs

I ordered a product from Woolroom on line from their shop. The total cost including €18.44 for delivery was € 199 . A couple of days later Courrier company sends me an email looking for another €50 for customs charges which I was completely unaware of. I canceled the order and refused to pay DPD and asked Woolroom for a refund .They told me I would be charge 50 % restocking fee which they then reduced to 20% after I argued it . These costs should be included in the Total cost and as a company exporting to Ireland they should have custom clearance in place .

Thank you for your review. As the UK is no longer a part of the EU all shipments going to destinations outside of the UK will require you to pay your local duties and taxes. We remove this from the price of the goods so you are charged by us ex-VAT and then your local rates will apply. This is standard procedure of ordering from abroad since 1st January 2021.

We are unable to include these fees at the time of checkout and like many other companies we leave it to the end consumer to pay these fees based on their location.

regarding our restocking fees these are simply to cover the shipment and cost of failed deliveries coming back to us. Whilst they may be high, they are simply passing on additional costs associated to us from your refusing the package.

Incredible pillow

Incredible pillow, l shape pillow and double organic duvet. Has been warm on cooler nights but kept me cool when get hot in the night. Re the pillow will be ordering more wool as like it a bit firmer but otherwise that’s personal preference and it’s an option to customise. Request to wool room: Please make linen covers for your l-shape pillows.

Make the purchase

The wool pillow with washable cover is fantastic. The quality of which is superlative and without comparison. I have never slept so well than when using the pillow I ordered from Woolroom. I am seriously considering their matters toppers and blankets. Can not recommend enough. Make the purchase and watch how your life changes.
