I've been pain free for a couple days now. a little early to tell - but so far I'm pretty pleased.

The insoles are as good as advertised. They are making a positive difference in how my feet feel now.

It took a couple weeks, and then some improvement, so far I do like these inserts. I definitely recommend these insoles.

Love the insoles so far. Very comfortable and well built. Planning to buy other products.

I purchased the slippers and was very disappointed.
The product is a cheap, lightweight, piece of plastic which has no arch support whatsoever.
They are not worth anything close to the cost.
Unfortunate because the insoles are a good product.

I have had plantar faciatis in the past so I have prescribed insoles. I was looking for another insole that had great arch support. I feel xstance insoles really help with minimizing any reoccurance of the heel issues. I bought 4 pair so I have enough to share among the different shoes that I wear.

So far I’m up to 5 pair of these. They definitely have been an incredible upgrade from both original and store bought insoles. They are a little too thick for some of my shoes and sneakers so wondering if there’s a more refined option here for my shoes, loafers, oxfords etc. but overall these things have helped me feel way more comfortable than I have in years standing fr long periods of time. I’m a dj that does private events which means a lot of 4 - 7 hour sets. And by day I’m walking properties and buildings. This may have added about 5 years to each of those careers

The inserts are the only inserts I have tried that actually make my foot feel better. They are not thick or bulky and just seem to contour the areas of my feet that feel pain or fatigue.

Don't buy these! The worst inner soles ever. The arch is way to high. Trying to return them but the customer service is horrible

I cannot speak to the longevity of these insoles, yet, but they fit perfectly and work to relieve my for pain all day long!
Will definitely buy a few more pairs to place in all of my different shoes!

We really love the inserts we got and going to purchase more so we don't have to keep swapping them to other shoes

Courteous reply to my issue and willingness to resolve it.

I had some lingering heel pain even after using corrective insoles that had helped my plantar fasciitis, but hadn’t totally eliminated some heel pain. After about a week of wearing yours, I was basically pain free. The extra arch support I feel in yours made a big difference!

Saw advertisement on Facebook,ordered and delivered within days. Replaced insoles in three pairs of shoes. In a few days there was a noticeable improvement in foot comfort AND my back pain almost disappeared which I assumed was connected to not walking properly before using the XSTANCE insoles.

Response was good and consistent throughout.

I Recieved a defective insole and emailed support. Support got back to me immediately and said a new one would be sent out at no charge. Appreciate businesses that back up their products and do not require you to pay for shipping a defective one back.
