The insoles helped my feet immediately still not feeling great but much better

It was a matter of minutes that I felt relief in my foot pain. Had to do a little trimming to custom fit my shoe. Not sure how long they will hold up so I'm glad I ordered several pair. Highly recommended.

While the inserts seem to be possibly helping my hubby, they're causing more pain for me. I emailed requesting the steps for returning my inserts. It was very easy to return the inserts and my money was returned quickly.

Wanted to return two unopened packages of these insoles. Only response is will get back to you in 24 hours. So far only response is a different claim number for each. Worst customer service ever.

It has made such a difference in helping with my plantar fasciitis in my right heel/foot. I also got wider shoes wtih better arch support as well. Thank You So Much

Have tried others with little success. XSTANCE works for me finally and pain/ limp is gone. I now have these in three pairs of my shoes. Thank you for making a product that really works for me.

I am wearing them now! What a difference it makes in my day and night. My calluses seem to be much less because of good circulation. I am a believer!

the overall experience from purchase to delivery was excellent and I love the BOGO on 2 pairs of Xstance so that both my hubs and I can wear them in 2 sets of sneakers. Great promo! They do offer support for the arch and for the heels. I have classic heel spurs and I am not experiencing pain with the Xstance as I was. I think they actually rival my $600 podiatrist orthotics.

Well, I’ve been suffering from hip pain, had a Dr tell me that because I’m 75 I might need a replacement. I also have fallen arches. Decided to see if the arches might be causing my hip issues. Put the XStance inserts in my shoes one week ago and what a difference. My gait has improved, I feel stable when I walk, and the hip pain is 75% better. These inserts are the best and very inexpensive compared to others I’ve seen.

The product is amazing! It relieved my plantar fasciitis pain almost immediately. The pain was completely gone in 36 hours. I ended up ordering 4 more pairs for all of my shoes. Prior to this, I have tried everything from shots to braces to other insoles. They are extremely comfortable and work as advertised!

A remedy was offered and I was contacted in a reasonable time.

My husband they have helped him so much standing on concrete for 48 yrs his feet hurt so bad but he says they have helped alot .Great company doing business is easy and reliable. Thank you so glad we found each other

I ordered $156 worth of insoles. They are quite painful within minutes of putting weight on them. I have tried multiple times to reach out them to return them based on their 90 day return satisfaction promise. No one will answer my emails, their phone number is a farce. No one is EVER available to take a call. All their hype on the website about their return promise, "not a scam" etc. are all just talk. Horrible experience with xstance.

I had a Trimalleolar fracture of my left ankle and these insoles have been a godsend. The arch support keeps my foot in line and helps me walk a lot safer than without them.
I have 4 pairs in different trainers and shoes and even my slippers, they lift my foot as I cannot walk barefooted.

I find that the inserts really helping my heels. Pain.
I've tried other things.They haven't worked, but this one seems to be reneving the pain when I walk
