Think Green Energy 

we moved into a house which already had solar panels fitted by think green energy. we were, of course, sceptical of their worth and when it broke down recently we thought this would be a big problem mainly because of the bad press solar companies tend to have.

i'd like to take this opportunity to thank think green energy, not only did they send an engineer out, he diagnosed a faulty meter which they have just changed free of charge.

the engineer took his time to explain the system to us, was courteous and very helpful.

thank you so much for you help and commitment in fixing our system, i would have no hesitation in recommending think green energy to my friends.

I purchased an air to air heat pump from this company and am a very
satisfied customer. It was installed promptly and with a minimum of
inconvenience to me by very good installers with no problems. It is as
described and is working as expected. The operating of it was demonstrated to me and I feel that it is a very good product from a good
company. I fully recommend it. I am not in any way connected to Think

August 2017: We recently had a Worcester Bosch Air to Air heat pump fitted by Think Green Energy.
The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and efficient. The installation team were especially good, they worked quickly and left the house as clean as they found it. Dust sheets were put down and shoe protectors worn. A big thank you to Wesley and Steve who installed the system, I had not realised that so much work was involved, yet they worked so well, we hardly knew they were there. Also thank you to Mark Jones who carried out the survey, any doubts we may have had soon disappeared once Mark explained in detail what was involved with the installation. Once the installation was complete we were shown how to operate the system which was surprisingly easy to use. The main reason we chose the Worcester Bosch system was because a member of the family suffers from breathing issues. The system cleans and purifies the air making it much easier to breath indoors now. We have also read that the system can heat our home from as little four pence per hour, not that we are in any hurry to try out that feature yet!

Think Green Energy have installed a Worcester Bosch Air Soircd Heat pump in my new extension which has been a revelation for my wife and I. This is the second installation I have had and they have again given us an excellent and very personal experience. Great work !

Generally speaking they are a good company. Had poblems with their Thermodynamic heating system (for hot water). The hot water has to run for some considerable time before getting hot water. They are not able to rectify this problem. It still.continues today.
Then we were offered extra Solar panels last year when I had asked about the freeze on dealing whilst it was all.going under review. As a result we are now not receiving FITs for these extra panels. But fair to say they did compensate me for the error.
The new Voltage regulator I have not had long enough to judge its true effect.

We have just had Think Green Energy do a second job for us. Everyone we have dealt with have behaved in a very professional way, if they hadn't the first time we would not have gone back again. Good engineers who left the site clean and caused us no problems. They came on the day and time agreed and worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very happy with the installation, everyone we have seen seemed highly trained with a good level of knowledge. Am now considering having the air to air put into other properties we own because we're so happy with it.

I have had two separate installations now, and have saved a small fortune on my gas bills.
Very professional from start to finish. The salesman explained everything quite clearly, even if I did think he may have inflated the benefits.
The fitters were punctual, tidy and they came once the surveyor had already explained everything about the installation that was due to take place.
Having had the system, I was pleasantly surprised to learn the salesman hadn't inflated the benefits at all, the systems did actually work as efficiently as I was led to believe they would.

Had to call back to fix leaks and are still finding other leaks and problems caused by badly fitted joints. Constantly receiving calls from the sales team to try and drum up more work and despite repeatedly asking not to call again they continue to do so. In fact the last straw was a call yesterday followed by two calls today. Use this company at your peril!

All appointments kept on time, good quality workmanship. Panel fitters were professional and helpful. They were held up by the scaffolders but not for too long and the job went smoothly and the panels were fitted quickly.
I would be happy to recommend the company as providing value for money and providing a very good service.

Fast installation, fitters knew what they were doing. The money from the panels covers my electricity and some of my gas. Had the panels about a year now and not had a problem.

I must say that throughout our whole experience from start to finish we have been very impressed. The representative was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that we understood every aspect of what was discussed and made sure that the products and prices were best matched to our requirements. The fitters were very punctual, polite, neat and tidy. The finished job was every bit as good as we hoped for. We will have no hesitation in recommending your excellent company.

Dealt with Jonathon initially who explained the whole process of having our solar panels installed and the cost involved which was quite reasonable, he was not a pushy salesmen. Installation arranged promptly, Electrician was good he explained what he was doing. Mark Jones was very helpful with the whole process, including filling in forms needed for electricity supplier and carrying out inspections. All in all very professional friendly guys. would definitely recommend.

I must admit I was apprehensive at first. Spending money on solar panels wasn't something I thought I needed, but now I wished I had them 10 years ago. A cheque from eON and smaller bills every quarter is great and you have that feeling of being green! Great service and installation from these guys. Very helpful and friendly. Wes the electrician was brilliant. Explained everything in detail during the installation.
