The team were great to deal with. Alex H. was very helpful and explained everything clearly and was available anytime to answer questions. The Install Team were on time, efficient and polite. Looking forward to using mySolarEdge app to track my usage and my savings!

Most pleased with the whole process. Edward arrived promptly and gave everything that was needed to make the appropriate decision. He could have sold us a bigger system but chose to give us what was really necessary. He also ensured prompt installation and the use of the internal team. The installation team was on time, extremely efficient and all members were very pleasant. They worked non-stop and kept us totally informed of each step in the process. In total the whole experience was effective, efficient and pleasing, all starting with the excellence of Edward Collins.

Alex Harrison was great to deal with, explained everything very clearly, was very knowledgeable and responsive to any further questions we had. We just had our install completed by Riley who was very professional and tweaked the layout to improve the amount of north facing panels. Very happy with the service.

I had been looking at adding solar to my house, but was not overly confident in the companies I was speaking with.
So when a nice representative for a company called Think Renewable came to my door, i was happy to listen to him. At the end, it was just a request to sit down with a member of the Think Renewable team to see what options might suit our location.

Enter Alex H who was the star of the shinning light who guided me through the various options that were customised specifically for my house and my surroundings.

Alex H discussed what Think Renewable could offer us. Alex was friendly, up front about what was being offered, very knowledgeable about the solar industry and above all, I found him honest.

We accepted one of the proposals that Alex developed even though I was keen to add a battery to the order, he was not prepared to offer a battery solution until there was enough useful data available to support the use of a battery. We decide on the SolarEdge system and so far, it is amazing...

After the sale, Alex was still accessible to assist me with any questions and to provide information on when the installation was to be performed.

If you are wanting to update or get into the solar world, I would recommend talking to Think Renewable. (ask for Alex H ;-) )

From start to finish, it was such an amazing job by Alex H and the install crew. So happy with the solar installation and aftersales service provided by Think Renewable. The savings we have experienced so far are fantastic and certainly eased the strain our pool puts on our energy bills. Can't recommend them highly enough!

From first contact to completion of the installation our experience with Think Renewables has been entirely positive. Mark Metzger was our chief contact. He came to our premises within a few hours of being referred by a colleague. He was courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. His role was to do an initial assessment of our roof and draft a plan accordingly, explain the different sized systems and provide quotes. By the time he left, we had a draft contract for a 13.28Kw, 32 panel array to consider.

Mark continued to contact me regularly to check on progress and was available to answer any queries I had.

I signed the contract the following day and the instal team, led by Steven, were on the roof two and a half weeks later. The job was done in under 24 hours. Steven discussed everything relevant with us before proceeding, particularly placement of the inverters. He did a professional and very neat job of fitting them and all the necessary cabling, conduit and the rewiring of the meter box. Not a skerrick of packaging, off-cuts or other waste was left behind.

The back office team at Think were also very helpful. Maxine Coleman, Deborah Bridson, Kate Consigna and Christopher Consigna were all very professional, polite and, importantly, very prompt with their communications. It was they who prepared all the paperwork needed to get approval for our connection to the grid etc, making the whole process hassle and stress free. All up a very competent team.

I had an appointment with Alex H to discuss what Think Renewable could offer us. Alex was friendly, up front about what he was offering, and was astutely knowledgeable about the rooftop solar industry. He took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve, developed three proposals, and then left them with me to give me time to consider the details and discuss them with my wife.

We decided to go ahead with one of the proposals that Alex developed. Even after the sale had closed Alex was quick to respond to any questions or updates I had, and let me know when I would be hearing from other team members from Think Renewable.

We had an amazing salesman called Mark Metzger. This young man was so helpful and explained everything to us in every detail, he was very dedicated to his job and was very professional and made our solar journey very easy. We would highly recommend him for employee of the month . He definitely knew his stuff and put our mind at ease .

Excellent customer service from Edward at point of contact to all of the professional and personable installation team

My husband & I had a wonderful experience with Alex Harrison helping us to organise our battery for our solar system! He is well worth talking too!

We were promised gold-star treatment, one-on-one support and personalised service from Edward the salesperson. But the minute we paid the deposit Think Renewable lost interest.

We had 9 visits over a period of 7 weeks and dealt with 6 different people for this one job of installing solar and battery. We had to navigate everything and everyone ourselves. Think Renewable were absent from the start.

On the first day, Chris, the assessor arrived 4 hours late and Think Renewable’s contact, Maxine, said he had a prior appointment to our 7am booking (which Chris debunked). From then on it was a mess. It took 3 months to install, with excuses from Think Renewable all the way. We had to do all the facilitation and coordination of the installers ourselves. Eventually we had them all on speed-dial, whenever there was a fault in the equipment, which happened on numerous occasions. When we made a formal complaint according to their guidelines, we were given the Team Lead Manager, Harpreet, who was even worse than Maxine. She offered us $250 in compensation and continued to evade our questions when the battery was faulty. When the installers did not pitch for the installation of a new battery, Harpreet was uncontactable and then emailed an excuse that the installers didn’t let her know in time. We were then told that we would get an upgrade from Sofar to RedX as compensation – why didn’t we get the better battery in the first place? No-one explained the app to us, or gave us a rundown on how the system works. We had to figure it all our ourselves after having to coordinate the installers ourselves. And we still have no idea how to add it to our computer – we have had no aftersales service.

Think Renewable just want your money. They’re not interested in the rest.

Think Renewable were fantastic right from the start, the salesman was knowledgeable and upfront with all costs , very clear and precise explanation of the process regarding installation , the installer’s were polite and cleaned up after the job was completed , fantastic honest service. Highly recommend.

I am pleased to have used this company to install solar panels at my home. Right from the start I have been kept informed and had my concerns addressed promptly and with great patience. As a senior member in the community I don't have the skills and knowledge of modern technology but Ollie has listened and helped me immensely. My wife ordered a quote. Never going to happen. But Pat came and when we mentioned my wife’s CPAP machine was mentioned he said that we could get a battery - at a very good price. No dying in the night because of a blackout.

We get them about once a year.

Well we got the battery, inverter and solar cells. Really quite pretty. Yeah I wouldn’t believe it either but it’s so.

And we’ve been waiting, fully installed but unable to turn it on, because we don’t have a “smart” meter.

A fortnight now and the only person giving us any information is Pat.

Think renewable will definitely get it done at a good price.

Five stars from me. Zero stars to our electricity provider.

The guys that installed the system were on time even with rain threating, they worked fast to get it done before it did rain! they had to stop a few times because of rain but they were great making sure that the roof was not affected from water where they were working. The System looks great, and the guys left no mess whatso ever, very neat and tidy! We were impressed

1st June - Well from the beginning the Sales rep seemed knowledgeable and informed, we agreed and purchased the product sold with originally 31 panels with 12.86kw. When the installer arrived without prior notice we were advised that they could only fit 19 on the roof space, we then offered our awning area that is not ideal but would give us the panels required, these are laying dead flat, which is a concern also but advised it will not affect the productivity. Then the inverter sent we needed to loose another panel, and they also had to cover the stink holes.
Again there was no communication about when they would be back an often turned up unannounced.
Received minimal compensation for loosing the 1 panel and the constantly having to return to fix things. They also did a very poor job on the installation when we had to fix the outside eaves where the wiring had been fitted., then the WiFi would not connect even through the Sales rep checked all this out knowing where our Hub was. We refused to purchase an extender which the company did do finally.
Overall - Sales rep needs to know the product better.
Installers need to turn up when they say not hours early and if late communicate.
We have had NO further contact after installation that was promised by the sales rep - about getting the best energy company once we have solar, the buy back to the grid which we ARE NOT PRODUCING as promised..
Think there are much better companies out there that deliver on the promise sold.
We have also not had any after service or follow up, which is not surprising as the process was such a stuff up.
