Great customer service agent…

The personable customer service agent named Joseph very quickly answered my query and supplied an excellent solution to my problem, the whole thing took minutes I was expecting to be on the phone a lot longer. Well done!

Help the aged

I had great help from a young man in customer services. I got stuck uploading documents. Being of a certain age and not at all tech savvy I was getting into a bit of a panic.He was very nice and polite he talked me through the process and had the patience of a saint he was absolutely brilliant what a star a great asset to the team!

Used the app this morning it seemed…

Used the app this morning it seemed very easy and intuitive however one improvement would be to tell customers to use or download google Chrome as their default browser when doing the open banking checks as other browsers dont work and I needed tech help to resolve this, although the tech help was very good snd quick.
