My first time as a guest!
This was my first experience as the guest not the host and aside from trust in Google Maps it was a really wonderful experience. A family member was a proficient English speaker who acted as our intermediary and the location of the unit itself was as described. We had a great week. It was lots of fun and now I keep searching for new places to go.

Tahoe Charm
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the charming cabin in Incline Village. Booking the reservation was easy and the owners were very hospitable with leaving proper instructions for the home. All pre-arrival notices were timely and thorough from the staff at Third Home.

Relaxing Retreat - some feedback too!
Thanks to our host Jenny for setting up the house in such a clean and organized fashion, we really did nothing other then bring ourselves and groceries for the stay! With the peaceful sound of the waterfall in the background the waterfront is a lovely spot to enjoy some relaxing time, sun, a swim or even a paddle in the canoe or kayaks (provided). The kitchen was well appointed with lots of supplies from the owners or past renters. There are 3 large bedrooms with lots of storage for the visit and 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite to the master bedroom. The main floor had a huge kitchen with oversized island, family room and large dining table for 6-8 people. Lastly the basement had a ping pong table if wishing to play at all!
There are a few items for feedback and future ThirdHome visitors that we would like to share:
1) the driveway is very steep and other then one parking spot at the home it is not wise to have other cars drive down (our friends car almost did not make it up)
2) the waterfront, even though beautiful, is many steps down and on a small floating dock so is rather unstable most of the time; the steps are down a nice granite stone walkway but it is a lot of stairs so bring what is needed in a cooler; bathroom visits were a trek up the stairs!
3) we did not swim as it was cooler and a bit of rain through the time there so cannot comment on the swimming other then the fact the river has a current so if with children it might be wise to have life jackets with you for them to wear
4) There was no deck off the main level which would have been nice to sit on in the afternoon; they did offer a dining table and chairs outside on the driveway but not really where I would like to sit!
5) The cottage property is really messy with all kids of garbage, stone off cuts, and overall unkept in our opinion; as well, the drive in is not the nicest, nor something we expected with two small cottages/homes and very messy properties as well
6) You are isolated, about 10 minutes from Bracebridge, the largest town near by, but there are lots of amenities in town (food, drink, gas, groceries, shopping, etc.)
We wanted to share our comments not only with the hosts, but other ThirdHome renters so they are aware when coming!

A perfect north Georgia getaway
The house in Morgantown was cozy, comfortable, and had spectacular views. Everything we needed was there. The furnishings were nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was convenient to local sights.

Lovely place for a young family stay
Place was exactly as in description and photos from profile. House was in perfect shape and equipped with everthing requried for families with small children to enjoy. Entry and exit process was swift and clear. Great location as well.
