Really Lovely products, and friendly customer service
I took one star off because shipping times can be very long.. but it’s worth the wait

The shipping was faster than expected and the pants (black culottes) I ordered were more beautiful than I expected also! Great quality and a perfect fit (and so comfy). So happy.

I had previously ordered several pillows from this site, and while the delivery took awhile, I was quite satisfied with the products... So much so that I decided to make a second purchase. Now I've essentially just thrown $135 in the trash.
When I ordered the Adi Mat & a cream pillow on Feb 28th, the website informed me that the delivery would take longer than usual, which I was fine with. But no clear delivery date was every really provided and my products "supposedly" arrived in two separate packages on March 20th & March 23rd (almost a month later).
Except neither one of them arrived.... I received 13:31's delivery notification email and was looking for the package within 5 minutes, making theft unlikely. I sent 13:31 an email the same day as the supposed 2nd package delivery date and have yet to receive a response roughly 3 weeks later... I also quickly filed a claim with USPS to resolve the issue, as I feared it was shipping problem...
Today I sent 13:31 a second follow up email, as the claim I filed with USPS found that the shipping number had never actually been in USPS's possession. Thirteen Thirtyone hasn't responded to my emails and has no phone number to be found (shocking...), providing zero customer service whatsoever. I don't know what happened with both of these packages, all I know is that I haven't received any of my order and I haven't been able to get any semblance of help. It's on them to make things right, or I would advise never ordering from them ever again. Which really is a shame because I like their products, but throwing money away isn't something I'm going to risk again.

Amazing quality, the fabrics, shape and weight of the pieces are absolutely gorgeus. They also fit true to size.

The shipping was faster than expected and the comunication was fluid and easy (I emailed them regarding a detail from the shipping).

I would absolutely repeat and recomend the company!

Just received a phone case I ordered over a month ago. Like someone else said I didn’t realize it was going to be made in China. I spent $38 on it only to find out they sent me a phone case that doesn’t even fit my iPhone 12 pro Max when I specifically chose the case in that size! The case’s cut outs are all wrong for my phone’s buttons. Emailed them over 24 hours ago and they’ve yet to respond to me. Seems like their online store is run by one person.

I was delighted by both the service I received and the item I purchase from Thirteen Thirtyone. Everything from the customer communication, to the lovely packaging, and the item itself was amazing.

The skirt and earrings purchased were a very good quality. I emailed them asking about my order during covid and got a response straight away.

Love the designs and uniqueness of the style. Bought this for a friend’s birthday as she is a fan of the store and I wanted to include a personalised message, the customer service was great!

It's all made from China which at first I thought from London, UK. The bag I ordered was in bad quality, not in a good shape. The phone case is ok, but the price is higher than I expect. Because of Covid so it shipped quite slow (3-4 weeks) but I can understand.

I like some of their designs on the website but after I found out it was all made from China, I feel disappointed. I would like to order their clothes, but I think now I won't - because of the low quality of the bag (so I guess the clothes' quality might just be the same) and because I also have to pay for the return price.

Edit: I forgot to mention it was 5 times cheaper to the real price of the bag which I saw another seller sells it in Asia. I ordered from European country so once again, I can understand why the price is more expensive. But about the quality and the price, I will not buy again. Anyway, the customer service is quite good. Even though I couldn’t track the order during the time, they still replied back to me sometimes.

Communications with brand is very little. Have had to chase my purchase a few times. Ordered a month ago and no clear date of delivery.

Realised after purchase, but the lack of clarity that these clothes are made in China also made me nervous about just supply chain - when produced in countries notable for poor working conditions, it'd be good to be reassured that their practices are in fact as ethical and progressive as the brand markets itself as.

Ordered couple of earrings and absolutely loved the designs.. they are so unique.... quality is good... more so pictures are so good and true to real pieces that you get an idea of the sizes very easily.

And not to forgot, absolutely loved their customer service. Very prompt replies.One of the earrings I ordered got broken in the post, I wrote to them after a long time after delivery but it was still replaced promptly. Would definitely recommend.

I was browsing their website without any intention to purchase but their products looked so appealing that I bought a couple pairs os earrings and an iPhone case.
Once it was delivered, the earrings looked exactly like the website plus the quality. Unfortunately the iphone cover never arrived but the brand dealt with it like a pro. Within minutes of my message, the amount for the cover was refunded - no hassle! Highly recommend and I will defo buy it again! 👍
