Great product for a fraction of the cost. Let’s be honest, boxes get smashed when shipped at full price, so why not get an imperfect box and brand new product for a great price!

I purchased three Wowchers for Biodance masks via Wowcher to redeem through This Is Beauty, but only received two packs. I wasn’t told there was any issue until I chased it myself, at which point I was informed the third item was out of stock. This should have been communicated upfront rather than left for me to find out.

I was then told I would receive a refund, but it didn’t include the postage costs. When I raised this, I was simply directed back to Wowcher, despite the postage having been paid to This Is Beauty. It felt like responsibility was being passed around instead of the issue being properly resolved.

It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. The order wasn’t fulfilled, I had to chase for answers, and the refund was incomplete. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and very poor customer service. I would not purchase from This Is Beauty again or recommend them based on this experience.

It was seamless and convenient. The site offers the same products as Sephora but at a discount. My mascara came in a timely manor and will definitely be ordering again!

There was initially a delay with my order and it hadn’t been shipped as expected. After contacting the company, they responded quickly, arranged express shipping, and included an extra item as compensation.

While the delay was frustrating, I appreciate how promptly and professionally the issue was resolved. Overall, a good recovery in terms of customer service

The product was perfect quality. Its an Aromatherapy oil and sometimes can be stale with other vendors. It is fresh and smells delicious. Shipping was extremely fast, just a couple of days. Definitely will order again from This Is Beauty.
