He was transformative in helping me feel like a partner in the hiring process and truly helped me navigate a very tumultuous job market. Callum is a gem compared to many recruiters I have interacted with, as very few bring the same level of attention, respect, and genuine support.

The only area for improvement would be ensuring all key details for an application are expressed upfront so the team has the full context and there is no miscommunication. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would gladly work with Iceberg again in the future and specifically seek out Callum.

First, I will say that Max Richardson is the real deal. When he initially reached out, we discussed what type of company/role would make sense if I were to consider moving from my current job. At that time, there were no opportunities that matched. Months later, I received a call from Max who remembered exactly what we had discussed and yes, now had a match!

Max is channeling old school recruiters I remember. He is smart, genuine, and does the work. As other reviewers pointed out, he offered great insight throughout the interview process and truly encouraged me. Max is first class.

Finding a new job in the current UK job market is incredibly challenging, but Archie went above and beyond to help me secure my new role, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance. He consistently followed up with me and provided support when there were any delays. His exceptional communication skills made me feel at ease throughout the entire process, which can be quite stressful. Archie and his manager demonstrated both professionalism and efficiency throughout the process. I highly recommend working with them in the future!

UPDATE - PM 28 Jan 2025 - had a call from Max apologising for not responding. Interesting telephone call. Max knows his job well and the contacts he works with. Hopefully we will be able to develop a longer term working relationship going forward.

I am not one to normally leave negative reviews but feel on this occasion I had to.

Had a voicemail from Max (23 Jan 25) asking me to give him a call. Returned the call three times now on separate dates and occasions and left messages and no return call back from Max.

I understand that the recruitment industry is exceptionally busy and fast paced which is why I gave him time to call back.

If the situation had changed in regards to the role he wanted to discuss a quick response advising me would have been a better approach than ignoring my calls/voicemails
