Easy to get insurance but slow follow up on questions
Easy to get insurance, however follow up poor when asking for updates on valuation submission. I also used the chat function and asked for the chat transcript to be emailed to me, which was promised that day, I still haven’t received.
TH March resolved, and review edited accordingly.

You also gave us such nice feedback during live chat with us, and we can see that we offered to send you a copy transcript to help reassure you that we were going to take the task from your hands regarding the follow up information needed on your document. This was not sent to you as promised, and we must apologise to you for this oversight. You should have now received the copy we sent today. We'd also like to say that we’re sorry that this process has taken longer than we (and you) would like, it is an exceptionally busy time at the moment but we are taking many steps to try and improve this.

Wasn't the most straightforward…
Wasn't the most straightforward quotation process. Had a reference to quote from jeweller but nowhere to input it. Unsure if it would have got me a discount or not. I then uploaded valuation or at least think I did, 3 times but the page just resets and got no confirmation so who knows.

The jeweller’s code tells us how our customers have come to hear about us and helps us understand to whom you should be directed to in the event of a claim; it’s not a discount code I’m afraid. There would have been a box to enter it at the start of the quotation process, however, I have now added it to your policy. Good value for the money
I like the fact March give you plenty of warning when my insurance is due and there prices are good got my quote from them and not much dearer than last year in all I would say a good all rounder for insurance

A perfect insurance story
My beautiful diamond ring, that I purchased in the Caribbean with my inheritance and served as a ‘thank you’ to my Dad and memory of a fabulous holiday, broke. I had had the sense to insure it on return to the U.K. and TH March were so helpful. I took the ring to the jeweller who had given me the U.K. valuation and they quoted for the repair which was forwarded to TH March who accepted and agreed to pay the cost. So, my ring was broken and is now perfectly mended. Trust the power of insurance!

Called this morning concerning insuring a high value ring belonging to my wife. Someone was supposed to contact my wife within a couple of hours to obtain full details but complete radio silence all day with noone bothering to call. Disappointing first contact with the company

This is a first time claim for lost jewellery. Process was explained in detail to me & I have received thorough support through the process. It took a bit longer as I had to find a jeweller willing to make an exact copy of my ring.
I would highly recommend T.H. Marsh & Jade in particular

First time ever claiming
This was my first time ever having to claim on my contents insurance. I’ve been with TH March for a few years now. Claiming was very straight forward and fast. It took around 9 days from first reporting the theft, for the replacement item to be ready for collection. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend this company. I was really stupid and left things extremely last minute before boarding a flight abroad . Rachel was extremely patient and helpful and to be honest I was stressed and she handled the situation with ease . Rachel worked quickly and effectively and even past closing time to get me covered before I boarded my . I can’t recommend them highly enough and Rachel deserves a medal for putting up with me .

Lost Engagement Ring
