What an absolute joke!
I spent the last two days speaking with this company and expressed a very keen interest in one of their stocked motorbikes. I was in regular contact with Janelle and despite being turned down for finance (glad I was, looking at the interest charges) I advised them that I had been approved for finance elsewhere.
I offered to pay a deposit to hold the bike and even left a detailed voicemail message for Terence, the owner, confirming the same, after being told Janelle was not in the office, bike had already been sold that's why!
I messaged the company today to say I would travel to them to look at the bike to be told it had been sold and rather rudely advised that sales were on a first come first served basis and that bikes could not be held otherwise half their stock would be on hold!
Appalling customer focus and service, I definitely won't be buying my next bike from them, but they won't be bothered because they're so busy selling bikes to other people.
It's probably because I'm British and a retired police officer!
I messaged Terence and he has stopped responding and can't even be bothered.
A response from thmotorcycles.ie suggests that some of my messages this morning were abusive, which is nonesense, I simply expressed my opinion as to how I had been treated. I had offered to put a deposit on the bike rather than expecting it to be 'held' and interest had been shown over 2 consecutive days, staff were fully aware of my interest which included an application for finance, interest couldn't get more serious. And yet despite all of this thmotorcycles went against my wishes and sold the bike to someone else! Underhand and very unprofessional.
I sent in my bank statements without any delay and they were not submitted for an hour, had they been processed sooner I would have been in a more proactive position.
Don't make out that I am the one in the wrong.

I bought a Honda CBF 600 recently, i have to say that deal was very good and straightforward. Very good contact and great service. Stock in the showroom is unreal and all bikes looks like new and never driven. I was well looked after and i would highly recommend to anyone who likes good quality bikes! Thank you again and i will be back for another deal for sure.

Great showroom with alot of clean stock. Found the Healy family a pleasure to deal with and delighted with my purchase. Will call again when due to change

Bike as described or even better, written 6mth warranty, no nonsense, fast delivery over long distance for little extra. Would have liked a wee bit more off the asking price to sweeten the deal in good old-fashioned style, but overall spot-on. I've no connection whatsoever, would recommend and may well reconnect when it's time to trade. 👍

I recently bought a 2012 Suzuki sv650s from Terence Healy. The bike is pristine for its year. You just have to take a look around the show room to understand how well looked after all his bikes are. Terence is really friendly and will help you as much as he can. TH motorcycles is not a shop that just cares about taking your money, it’s a shop that has a genuine passion for bikes and values their customers and that’s why I will be back again when it’s time to change.

Called ahead and made an appointment. Great set up, got to see what I needed and decided to purchase. When I went back to pick up the bike, everything was ready to go, all the paperwork done. Great service.

Bought a 2015 gsx650f over the phone, delivered a few days later to South Kerry. Bike is immaculate. The whole buying experience from Terence was excellent. Very impressed and I would not hesitate in recommending him.

I bought a second-hand Z1000SX from Terence on Oct 21, the bike was clean and in very good condition. He took time out to go through the bike, it's history and what to expect from the machine. I requested some minor modifications to the bike and Terence obliged. Based on my experience I would go back.
