I have shopped with Thomas Royall for a number of years. The shorts are great quality at a really reasonable price. What makes them stand out is their customer service. My recent order was supposedly delivered by a courier company which has gone missing. When I got back in contact with Thomas Royall to explain the situation, they quickly came back to say they would resend my order. This is much appreciated.

There is no substitute for proper euro fashion! Lots of cheap brands in the States making knock off euro swimwear, but there is no comparison to these. Pretty average price tag for a luxury brand, but the quality, materials, details, cut, and fit are worth every cent.
Extremely happy with the Artisan Luca shorts specifically, and very impressed with the customer service received when communicating about my order.

I was a Thomas Royall fan! Unfortunately my last experience means I won’t be purchasing again!
We have approximately 30 pairs within the family and the shorts are amazing quality for the price, especially when purchased in the sale!
HOWEVER…..
The customer service in the last few years is absolutely shocking!!!!!!
My last order I received three out of my four items! I contacted Thomas Royall to be told in the first email it was due to Royal Mail strikes that items were all on their way and in separate parcels! One week later I chase again to be told they would have to check CCTV as they definitely sent all four items! Chased again to be told unfortunately there was a warehouse problem and the missing item would be with me next day delivery so I would receive the missing item in time for a birthday present! Still not arrived so I chased again to be told the item is now out of stock and they can send another pair instead!
However I had purchased a matching father and son pair so the item they offered didn’t work for me! I requested another pair a closer match to which I am still waiting on a reply from my last six emails over the last seven days trying to find a solution before Christmas as I had to use the Christmas present in replace of the birthday present!!!!!! Thomas Royall please send the requested pair before Christmas or issue a refund as I purchased and paid for the order on 25/11/22 and no reply to emails over the last week is shocking!

I don’t leave many reviews as of laziness and time constraints. But credit when credit is due and worthy a shout out

I got a pair of fathers and son swim shorts on my first time buying from thomas royall and the quality and fit and comfort was so good I went straight back and ordered more swim shorts and then tried out some of the T shirts also. The quality and fit of the all the items along with the fair pricing cost for designer clothing is perfect. I have now ordered 6 items in total over two shops and I will be a long serving loyal customers for years to come. I highly recommend them

Thought I wold drop a note to let you all know that you will not find a better product in regards to beach/swim wear out there. The fabric is beautiful and the workmanship is first class. They are true to size and very comfortable. Not cheap but also will not break the bank, but I'm here to tell you they are worth every penny. I now have over twenty pair of the swim shorts, I buy usually buy small and I'm 30 inch waist (don't laugh) the draw string type, however the button and zip version I buy medium, hope that helps anyone.. I cannot recommend this product enough but let me add this too that the customer service from this company is nothing short of excellent I cannot even remember ever when I was treated so well from a company, if ever.....Polite, efficient, courteous, and professional to the max. Like I said they are not cheap but you get what you pay and I'm sure you will wear them for years to come. Well worth the price.....

Amazing service and superb quality. Overseas delivery to the UAE was smooth and efficient. Will be ordering again soon.

(Amended review) - After my initial frustrations with regard to delivery, the Swimwear I received was of good quality and fit, plus the supply issues I had on one of the other products I ordered, were dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Wow I have never seen children’s clothes sizes so off the mark, who were you modelling these clothes on? Luckily for me your attention your terrible sizing had already been addressed and you emailed me in advance to warn me you were sending the next size up, I think that one will fit but unfortunately there won’t be a lot of growing room. What saved this order was the fact I ordered the shirt in the sale. I will add the quality is amazing but please please reassess your sizing. The reason I gave 4 star is because you thought outside the box.

Really pleased with the items and service . Great quality, fabric is really nice and I needed to return 1 item I contacted them on how to return an item and was e mailed with instructions within 30 minutes. Definitely will use them again
