Hi Adrian, we are sorry to hear that there was a problem with your order. As we ensure the safety of our warehouse staff during Covid-19 we are down to 2 members of staff completing all orders. In this instance it was a case of human error.
Your email re. the missing, second item was replied to on Tuesday 07 April, 15:55pm. The item was shipped on Thurs 09 April with attempted delivery on Friday 10 April, 11:14AM. A calling card from DPD was left.
We have resent your tracking information via email in hope that you can track your parcel for safe delivery when DPD are next delivering after Easter Bank Holiday.

Shorts are great and the price match…
Shorts are great and the price match was appreciated, so all good in that respect. Postage took a bit longer than expected so I emailed the team. I got a bit of a sharp response saying that you would just recall the order if I wasn’t happy. I’m a valued customer and have been for years but I think the mere explanation re postage and timescales involved would have been suffice. Great product but still a bit of room for improvement.

Please note your order was processed & shipped within 2 business days. As you selected Standard Shipping this is the correct time frame.
Having read the email trail I can see that “recalling the parcel“ was suggested to you as an option only, had you have wanted to choose it. The customer service representative was unsure what else we could have done to improve the timescale of service in this instance. However, I would like to apologise from all of us at TR for any offence or upset caused. I hope you will feel rest assured knowing that the team member who replied has been reminded of how written text can be interpreted and retrained on use of language.
