My package was delivered to the wrong address, I reached out and Yaseen got right on it. Verified my info and what they had was correct, he sent out a replacement and I received it within the week! Appreciate his time and attention to the matter.

Smoke and Mirrors is a great fragrance! A true masterpiece. Unfortunately shipping seems to be an issue. I had to wait about a month to get my product. I review fragrances and one of the things I would need to tell my followers is to expect shipping delays. I have ordered twice and both items didn't arrive as stated. I'm thinking about ordering more but i don't know if I want to risk waiting that long again. Overall 2.5

I appreciate the acknowledgment, however I’ve already reached out multiple times and attempted to resolve this directly with your support team without a meaningful outcome.
As explained, the item has been used and is no longer in a condition to be returned, which makes your standard return-based resolution impractical in this situation.
I would still be open to a reasonable goodwill resolution that reflects the delay, the product reaction, and the overall experience.
I’m happy to update my review if a fair resolution can be reached.

I have placed 3 orders for 2 different scents and have not only fallen in love with the scents, but also with the care that Thompson Carter takes with packaging. Every time I receive a package it is beautifully packaged and the contents are very well protected against damage. Most Excellent As Usual
This is my second order with Thomson Carter in a matter of weeks. I was so impressed with my first fragrance bundle that I had to order another one. Again, I went to check my order status and didn’t see my order, so I went through my emails to check for confirmation. I did see it so I contacted customer service and Nikki responded within 24 hours and had located my order and had previously sent me a text with my order confirmation number. Great scent and customer service
Shipping took a tad long based off of other orders ive placed that came from over seas. The body wash came in damaged but that was at no fault of the seller. With that said, they made it right and shipped out a replacement and it was easy to handle. The smells and longevity of scent is amazing! Will definitely be ordering again!

Great perfume
The Thomson Carter fragrance that I like the best is Rogue Avenue, but there are some others that are nice as well. Initially, I bought the sampler. I always have trouble with fragrances--many give me a sick headache, and I just hate buying an expensive bottle of perfume only to have to give it away or throw it away. The sampler was perfect, and I was able to make my purchase of Rogue Avenue without concern.

Customer service is my biggest concern
Customer service is my biggest concern, and Thomson Carter's was top notch, impeccable. I had an issue which was no fault of theirs. I emailed them and the issue was resolved A.S.A.P. . My package was smashed during shipping, which happens my replacement package was shipped and it was not smashed. When I saw how well it was packaged, I know something heavy smashed the first one. The product is very important but the packaging and delivery makes it so exciting. Then there are little samples to try.
They do an all most immediate follow up checking on you and how everything was. The black box your item comes in I keep for trinkets or goodies...
