This is more for DPD
This is more for DPD, but they are Threshers’ fulfilment partner. I was home when the DPD van pulled over. We have building works so I got there in 4 minutes (had to walk around the house) instead of 2 but the van had turned and left. I then found my order returned and refunded within days. No contact, no delivery, and the courier didn’t even wait 5 minutes until I got the gate.
