For betting?
-betby system - looking good but who have experience with this system know - the cheapest decision for online casinos, 10k and take it for using, you can bet 100$ for some events, on bc.game someone put on the same event 10k you will receive void, refund, axxount suspended;
-limits around 10-20$ on low leagues
-withdrawals for sports betting players 70/30, 70% verification, withdrawals on hold (friends experience)

For casino?
- new customers - 90% you will win from first deposit, then you must stop and run
- old customers - fully controlled RTP, for example you can play madame destiny and everytime you will receive 5x with 8/10/12 spins (i had 16 times in a row); pragmatic is 100% controlled, you will never won 1000x or more, only one way on smallest bet 0,20$, possible, all bets more then 3$, bonus buys you will lose all balance. For example i had on the same madame destiny 15x 12 spins, 20x 8 spins every time it was not profit or around entry (for bonus buy 400$, around 380-420$), the same situation with olympus 1000, i had 30x+ multiplier and for example 7-8 spins, all would be without combinations. The most interesting situation i had on madame destine megaways when i received 20x and 12 spins, everyone who playing know this must be maxwin, on thrill this is 200x😂.
-withdrawals - fast without problems, but with 10+ deposits i withdraw only bonuses.

About Thrill: they registered company in the cheapest location costa rica, the same situation with license.

At all: if you want playing casino find other casino, if you want betting find other sportsbook. Here is not safe and for sure you never win huge amounts, dont trust sh.t streamers. They sold their ass for penny.

Very bad experience. Scammed me from my rewards on my account by saying its my problem and didnt even want to help me out they said its automated and thats its my fault for not claiming the bonus. Whilst I did claim the 1 day before one and was literally waiting for the timer so I can claim another bonus. Didnt happen because 1. I spam clicked (that was their reasoning) 2. The bonus doesnt work that way and I already claimed it (didnt happen) 3. Nothing they can do about it its automatic (basically saying they scammed me out of my bonus). So good luck to everybody else out there. I tried escalating this their support just doesnt want to help. Everytime I say something they finish the sentence with a dumb reason that obviously didnt happen and then if there is anything we can help you with else let us know. Like oh yeah we cant do anything about it is there anything else? If not, leave. Worst gambling site I had experience with. Also had massive delays with deposits / withdrawals

Buggy UX I’ve lost blackjack hands after clicking hit and then it lagging and clicking again only to have it hit twice.

I’ve lost some really really sus hands playing with big money.

This site is heavily rigged in favor of Thrill. You absolutely don't have any chance winning. Out of 17 games vs house blackjack I've lost 15 of them. To put that in perspective the odds of that happening according to Chat GPT are 0.0898%, or about 1 in 1,113. When I say avoid this site at any cost I really mean it!

They advertize "Thrill Control" Gambling Limits in the UX, however the function isn't available to be used currently.

Support told that it's available "soon".

Can't buy crypto from the site.

I will just speculate but you can only put 24 hour cooldown currently so people won't do that because of losing "calendar" bonuses.

Also very high withdrawal fees for a crypto casino. Minimum 1dollar per each withdrawal, which adds a huge margin for them over time.

While you UI is good looking and the originals have great snap and crack to the sounds and visual feedback, the controls lack the expansive "conditions" of other platforms and it does mildly annoy me at times.

The Maximize feature for slots is the best of any site and truly improves my enjoyment od all slots on Thrill. The various components of the UI that a frequent player like myself uses is quick and intuitive and I never run into bugs or glitches with stuff like the CASHDROP (bonus codes) fields. Other sites make me wonder "why the hell is this button over here?" and Thrill flows through my brain sensibly like it does on the screen.

I have noticed one or two slots not be available on Thrill that another site may have. And i mean 1 or 2... Thrill has the VAST majority of games you could hope to play and their originals selections is just getting better. Anecdotally I happen to love Blackjack and I believe Thrill has the best Originals Blackjack (with Multihand and side bets!) of any casino online. Period. The algorithm doesnt leave you baffled at 9 card 21s by the dealer very often, the cards play like they should in IRL blackjack. Bear in mind it is Infinite Deck but it does a very good job of performing reasonably. Slots are excellent, their Keno slaps. I love their Limbo. It's all pretty great.

Thrill has hands down the best Hosting staff ive ever experienced. Ive been "hosted" through vip programs on 8+ different iGaming casinos and Thrill is the absolute best and 2nd place ISNT EVEN CLOSE. Their hosts are phenomenal, ive had exactly 1 issue where I got some crypto stuck (My fault, I used the wrong XRP Memo), and I had to go to regular support for them to submit a request to have it "unstuck". Despite it being the middle of the night I had my very niche issue resolved within 6 hours in the middle of the night. Ive had much MUCH worse experiences with every other casino ive played.

The sites a scam, plain and simple. Do not even waste your time. The amount of times I bought bonus buys got back between 3-4 dollars is a crazy coincidence. Far too many times for to consider that "Chance".

My Response: Whilst I respect you have taken the time to reply to this review, I don't expect there is much you can do, as you say, you've given the same copy and paste response that ALL casinos give when questioned on their RTP, a response btw that we all know is a lie, casino CAN control the RTP of their sites, never listen when they tell you otherwise.

I am happy for you to look at my gameplay activity, KYDN - I am sure you'll find it as funny as I did when 9/10 bonus' paid 10-20x my betsize..... It was even funnier when I did actually get a sizeable win, only for every bonus buy after that to completely rinse me.
