Months later, without my knowledge or consent, Thrill management reassigned my entire playing history and future value to a different affiliate, "Mandy." This was based on an alleged link to a dormant account ("d888") that I did not control or use, for which Thrill provided no verifiable proof.

This arbitrary reassignment is unacceptable for several reasons:

It overrides my explicit choice and original registration.
The "evidence" linking the accounts appears to be based on unverified claims.
A host, Andre, initially acknowledged the error and offered to move me back to Jamie, only to reverse the decision weeks later with an inconsistent excuse.
The financial and reputational impact is significant. As an active leaderboard participant, this reassignment has likely caused me to miss out on substantial rewards. More importantly, it reveals a shocking lack of procedural fairness and transparency. For a platform handling significant player funds, the ability to arbitrarily reassign affiliate relationships without clear proof or consent raises serious red flags about their operational integrity.

I am sharing this experience to warn other players. Thrill's actions demonstrate a disregard for player choice and a troublingly arbitrary approach to account management.

So the issue with thrill is ayze the streamer before that thrill was have some sort of wins after when ayeze came everything changed I’m sure he was speak with the founder Brandon about oh u give to much to people reduce it and give it to me . I’m writing another review because I feel like the site gets a lot of negative reviews from people who just can’t accept that you’re not going to win every time you play.

This review tho is about one of the staff members who I’ve had a few interactions with. Paney, this guy is just a straight up gem. Everytime I’ve reached out to him with a question or concern he has gone above and beyond to address or explain it to me. Not to mention that his response time is literally minutes. Yes minutes!!! I’m sure he has a million things to do that are more important than getting back to me but he makes you feel like it’s the complete opposite. He listens to what you have to say and responds with honesty and professionalism that is second to none. He even takes responsibility for things that are no fault of his own. He doesn’t give you some scripted answer like you get from almost every other gambling platform that I’ve ever dealt with. The online gambling customer service world could learn a lot from this guy that’s for sure. I just wanted to share my experience with all of you because I feel people in this space never get the credit they deserve. Customer response is fast and no issues with withdrawals….BUT

their VIP rewards are a complete waste of time. If you are a player wagering large amounts, do not bother. There is no pre-monthly, no post monthly, no cashback on losses, and their monthly calculations are terrible.

I submitted a withdrawal request 2 days ago, but it is still showing in the “Submitted” tab. The support team has not been helpful. They claim that withdrawals are instant because it is a crypto site, but this is just a bit to long to wait 24 hours i can respect but 2 days is a bit so much

Update: The Thrill team asked for my username to investigate the withdrawal. My username is: [monacoq]. The withdrawal is still showing as submitted and I am waiting for it to be processed.

My experience with Thrill Casino has been extremely disappointing.

It’s unfortunate that I can’t attach screenshots here, because they would clearly demonstrate the payout pattern I experienced. Out of 29 bonus buys, 24 paid less than 0.20x my stake, and around half of those paid under 0.10x. The few bonuses that did return more never exceeded 1.6x. For games that promote certain RTP levels and volatility, this felt far from reasonable.
